Walters Air COND & Heating

I have used Walter's before, so I called them to set up an appointment for my current ac problem. After 3 separate calls, I finally got in touch with a guy and I informed him I had called 3 times and was wondering if they would be able to get to my AC this weekend. The guy was very rude and told me that he knew my neighbors and they said that I had a dirty house and he doesn't come to dirty houses. He then hung up on me. Naturally, I went to my neighbors and asked them about it and they said that he was mad at them because 2 weeks earlier they had requested his help on their ac, and he quoted them a price over $1000, so they got a second opinion and the new guy was able to fix their ac for $400. (My neighbors and this guy were friends). I am writing this review because it was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL to take out his beef with my neighbors on me. My house is NOT dirty (although I admit it was a little messy in the past), and he lost a paying customer from some petty squabble and I will be telling everyone I can about his child-like behavior. That is not how a professional conducts business.

Mr. Walters has always provided a very professional & friendly service over the years.I most highly recommend him.

They're a local company that keep the same person assigned to the same house and he is familiar with it. They are awesome. I give them high ratings and will continue to use them in the future.
