The professionals at Tree Huggers Tree Services, LLC did a great job on trimming back several limbs on a large tree in my front yard and cutting down 2 other trees from the side of my house. They worked very quickly and efficiently. I was thoroughly informed on everything that was being done according to what I needed and the estimate provided. All of my questions were answered and I’m glad I selected this company. They are very good to work with and I will definitely recommend them to my relatives, friends and neighbors that need tree work done.

I got an estimate from this company to remove a tree in my backyard. The estimate was 1400.00 for tree removal and 100.00 for stump grinding and haul debris from site included in price. Well the tree was cut down and hauled off along with the branches. But when they came back to do the stumps grinding, they left all the wood chips from the grinding neatly piled up in the form of a hill on top of where the stump was. When I asked why are the wood chips piled up and not removed? I was told that the hauling off of the debris did not include the wood chips from stumps grinding. I said are not the tree wood grindings part of the tree debris? And was told but it did not include the stump grindings. So I told her that needs to be stipulated on the contract, and I was not going to pay the 100.00 for stumps grinding until all the debris is hauled off like it says in the contract. She said she would return to have it removed. So far I have not heard back from them.

Their pricing was competitive for the job. Sheila was good about following up with me & keeping me posted on the progress of the job. I was not satisfied with the completion of the job, so she held my check and came back out to make sure I was happy before she processed payment.

Did a great job removing a large palm from the yard. They brought the right number of people and equipment. They got the tree out safely and left the area clean. They even cleaned the pool out. Would definitely use them again.

They were friendly, fast to get the job complete but did not do a great clean up of the area. They did come back after I pointed out the left over libs and cleaned up the rest of it. Disappointed in that part of the job.

Very friendly and cooperative personnel. Extremely hard and competent workers. Nice job of cleaning up . Very careful in removing a 70-80 foot high water oak in my rear yard. Managed to get all the branches overhanging 3 of my neighbors yards cut and brought down into my yard. Didn't cause any damage or problems with any of the other properties. Was amazing to watch the skill they exhibited. Price was very reasonable for the amount of wotk they did. I highly recommend them.
