Description of Work: Eric came out to give me an estimate. He was on time for the appointment we had agreed on even though it was a very rainy day. he sould not do what I needed done but gave me excellent suggestions. He was very honest and helpful.

Description of Work: Window was installed as described. Window seems to be solidly built. There was about a 4 inch gap left below exterior of window. He said he would fix with a piece of wood that matched the exterior trim of window. A piece of raw wood was installed with a sloppy down caulking job. He offered to come back out to fix trim, which he said is never primed on the interior side, for a price. I have had wood workers before and never had they taken so little pride in their work. That being said I will not hire this company again.
