+ -1 moreThe professionalism and competence of this firm was much greater than most trades people in the city. The carpentry was superb and they added numerous things that I asked for with minimal charge to the original contracted amount. The workers were very pleasant to have around and cleaned up after themselves daily. I saw a problem with one board a few months after completion; they came out and replaced the board at no charge. I recommend them to all my acquaintances and just can not say enough about this company. I did the research and found that ceramic paint is recommended for historic houses; it breathes and when done correctly will last much longer than the normal process. Do not confuse this company with the one with lots of Better Business Bureau Complaints--they subcontract out all their work while the owner of Permaflex has one crew that has worked for him for years.
Description of Work: Painter repaired or replaced all rotten wood and painter a 5000 square foot wooden house and carriage house, all built in 1890.
