swimming pools
+ -1 moreAt first started out good. After a time, pool started turning green, they would come out give it a quick chlorine shock and then not come back until we called again about the pool turning green again. At one point they had to completely drain it, scrub it down to clean it, and then refill it (which adds to our water bill!). They did not charge us for doing that, but again, they let it go and it turned green again. We rent this property out and our tenants were very upset. They even tried to call Mike at Pelican Pool (the main guy) and he would not return their calls. My husband tried to reach him several times and he would not return my husbands calls either.
Description of Work: Weekly maintenance and checks on our in-ground swimming pool, ensuring that the chlorine, water levels, etc were correct and providing care and maintenance accordingly

remodeling, swimming pools
+ 0 morejustwent from bad to worse.......poor way to do business....and still our swimming pool is not working for a month
Description of Work: they came out to fix our pump, didn't have the right part, stepped on a line to the pump and broke it. got pump and it was wrong and they took the pump and motor and haven't seen them since..said monday, then tuesday,,then thursday.. been a month and haven't heard a word......this guy s name is mike and he is a real loser
