Description of Work: I had some tile repair that needed to be addressed. I called Multi Craft Contractor LLC to set up an appointment for an estimate. Frank (the owner) came out the next day. Frank gave me three options as to how to handle the repair. He then suggested I could perform one of the options myself thereby saving the time and money of hiring it done. Frank then walked me through the entire repair procedure with very though instructions and answered all of my questions. After Frank's tutorial I am now in the midst of doing the repair. Franks was extremely professional. I appreciate the fact that Frank was willing to show me how do to a repair which obviously cost him money. Multi Craft Contract LLC does all types of residential and commercial repairs. I will definitely use them the next time I need a repair/remodeling done.

+ 3 moreTheir estimate was very nice. They are very personable. I found some other contractor for a better price, so I did not use them for the work. The person who came to give me a quote was a very nice person. He told me he was going to be there in a week, but he came in after two weeks. I would not use their service in the future.
Description of Work: I used Multi Craft Contractor LLC service for a quote for bathroom remodeling. I used their service last month.

+ 2 moreFrank provided a realistic estimate of what the work would entail and he held costs very close to the estimate. He provided us with a list of companies/locations for ordering various items needed for the remodel and he walked us thru the process of selecting the appropriate tub, vanity, etc. Frank and his crew were very prompt and professional from start to finish. The tile work (both shower and floor) was of excellent quality, in fact, a competing contractor friend of ours commented on the excellent quality of tile work. Multi-craft was also very careful not to damage the finished walls and floors in the rest of our house. The brought numerous items up and down the stairs without nicking walls or scratching the wood flooring. Frank was also very patient with us as we went through the process of selecting the necessary amenities, over which my wife and I had many debates. In the end, our bathroom is very beautiful and we are pleased with the work done by Multi-craft. No detail was overlooked during the remodel and it shows - we are very happy with the result! Thank you Frank and Crew!
Description of Work: Completely remodeled bathroom: new tub, tile floor, vanity, counter top, shower tile and faucets, window and door.

Description of Work: Frank repaired ceramic tile around a pool where it had cracked around the pool's ladder. He did a very clean and seamless job so that it is not apparent that tiles were replaced and re-caulked. In addition, the marble in my hall and bathrooms was "popping up." I was worried that I would have to remove several pieces and would have a really big and messy job. Frank came in and re-caulked the marble and took about an hour and an half to do the entire job. Very simple, clean repair and it looks great.
