Description of Work: This provider replaced my outdoor unit in 2007. In 2011, the capacitor went bad and they replaced it-charged me $150.00 even though the unit was still under warranty. Called twice this year; once on another issue and again for the capacitor. On each of these occasions the provider scheduled appointments and did not show. Follow-up calls were routed to voice mail on the last scheduled appointment.
