Description of Work: The company advertises that it installs major appliances. Turns out that because of a sick employee, they have suspended installation services. It took several calls over a week to be told that they do not supply appliance installation services.. Phone calls not returned.

Description of Work: LG washer malfunctioning again. I thought it was a sensor because it was showing a code that required a sensor to be changed that had been replaced twice. Russell the gentleman that serviced the washer was very punctual for the initial service call and subsequent repair. He even came late on a Friday after receiving the parts Friday afternoon, to do the final install so I would not be without washer for the weekend. It was the pump this time. He was a good sport considering I had 2 small kids watching over his shoulders and 2 dogs watching him thru the window.

Description of Work: All of a sudden my washer would not complete the rinse cycle. I tried everything but it still wouldn't work. I called the office number listed and left a msg asking for a return call. The secretary promptly returned my call and was very pleasant and sympathetic. She initially set up the service call for the following Monday but then she spoke with the serviceman and he was able to come that same evening. Mr. Russell was very nice and had my washer working in no time. I really appreciated him going the extra mile because it was a Friday afternoon and I was really stuck. If I ever need an appliance repair in the future it'll be A&R appliance repair for sure!
