Description of Work: They never responded by email or phone calls. I suggest you remove then from your list. I don't believe they are in business any longer. I would never try to contact them again. It was a waste of my time and they did not repair my dryer. I had to go with another company.

Description of Work: The repairman went over my dryer thoroughly and found that it could not be fixed because one of the broken parts was no longer made. Both the woman at the office and the repairman were polite and professional. I'll certainly call again if I have problems with another major appliance.

Description of Work: My clothes dryer had stopped working. Daniel came and opened it and found 2 socks preventing it from turning. Then I remembered that I had failed to put back filter during that last load. I was delighted that nothing had to be replaced and that I had my dryer back!!!!

Description of Work: Blew out the lines on my gas range. Flames are back to normal and it only took about 10 minutes. Repairman (owner) was very professional and friendly. I used this company before to repair my washer. Will definitely use again and refer others to them.

Description of Work: The guy who fixed our washing machine was very friendly and professional. And bonus, he was actually able to come 2 hours early (he called me to see if that was okay) because he finished early with his prior appt! He was able to repair our machine on the spot because he had the part in his truck, and he even took the time to explain how the part probably broke so we could avoid it in the future. He also left the broken part on the machine so if we wanted to, we could verify it was broken (to prove he hadn't ripped us off by fixing something that didn't need fixing). Will DEFINITELY be using them for all our future appliance repairs!!!

Description of Work: The repairman fixed the ice maker in my freezer. He was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to repair the ice maker and the charge was very reasonable. I would recommend this company highly and will certainly use them when I need appliance repairs in the future.
