Description of Work: Replace middle arm in dishwasher. On the first visit it was determined a new part was needed. The part was ordered and when it was received Russell returned to install the new arm. Russell is prompt and professional. Very pleasant experience and I would use A & R again.

Description of Work: Russell responded to our call very quickly to set up an appointment to repair our dryer. On the day of service he called to confirm and then again when he was on his way. When he arrived, he went straight to work, identified the problem, and gave us a fair price for the repair. Upon approval, Russell had the job finished in less than five minutes. Russell was always professional and friendly. I would call him again and recommend him to anyone for great appliance repair.
