eThis guy was awesome! When he came to the house the first time, he was there for over an hour and had to pull the oven out and and check everything to find out what was wrong. Upon leaving, he said he would not charge me anything unless he could fix the problem. I was shocked since we had sears come regarding the same oven and they had to come out twice and each time charged us an outrageous fee, and in the end said they couldn't fix it.

A&R was awesome! They came out the same day that we called and quickly figured the problem. We had another company try to fix the dryer and $300 later the dryer was still not working. A&R saved the day and we will be using them for our repairs from now on!

The washer wasn't putting out water. He came, removed the top, turned a few screws and it started working. At first we thought there was a pump issue but while he was heading to get the part we noticed it was working fine. One of the first times someone has come to so repairs and we were sure they weren't trying to rip us off! Excellent!!

He called before he arrived, just as they said. He was pleasant, helpful, and efficient.. I emptied the freezer. He checked the back of the unit. He took the inside panel out of the freezer assessed the problem and proceeded to work. It needed to be de-iced. He de-iced the unit, replaced a tube, cleaned-up, replaced the panel plus freezer shelves, and job done. Praise the Lord it has been working well. Thank you A&R and Angie's List.

The service tech left to go pickup the parts and then returned and quickly replaced them. He showed me the broken parts and left them with me and cleaned up all the drippy water from taking apart the inside of the freezer. Quick and courteous. Labor was not expensive. It is a hard decision to decide whether to replace or repair but would rather repair than face buying new refrig.

THEY WRE PUNCTUAL, PROFESSIONAL AND QUICK. tHEY FIXED THE PROBLEM IN LESS THAN 15 MINUTES.

Technician was very nice. He cleaned the coils, and under the fridge. He also changed the water filter for the ice maker. Very competent, and very patient!

I was really happy with them. Russell was great to work. He was incredibly polite and very careful and keeping everything clean and keeping it like he found it. He got the job done quickly. He also went in and cleaned out the inside of the dryer and went over and above what he was there to do.

Called them Saturday afternoon, originally did not think they would have anyone avail till Wed but got a call Monday afternoon that they could have someone there Tuesday between 12-2. They got here around 1:20, pulled the pump and cleaned it out (no I don't remember leaving the drill bit in my pocket and therefore washing it) ... fast, courteous, and the $75 charge was reasonable. Normally this is the kind of repair I do myself but I could not get the hose loose from the pump and my socket set is still in storage with the majority of my household goods.

Very nice young man. Showed up around 12:00. He changed the part and was out the door by 12:45. Did a great job. I watched him change the part. Very clean and detailed.

Russell was great. Although we decided to replace the dishwasher, he gave us a few recommendations on what to look for. He was very professional. I would not hesitate to use his services in the future.

Excellent service from this company. I am a landlord to this property so finding companies can sometimes be a challenge, plus I was also moving cross country at the time. The service person called me when they arrived. He diagnosed the problem, had the item on the truck and fixed it promptly. Very satisfied with the ease of this transaction.

I expected the problems to be more extensive and costly and was pleased that the serviceman could repair it for less. Its been working fine ever since.

Their technician, Daniel, was able to come out within a day of my call to investigate my fridge/freezer problem. He was incredibly nice and did a thorough review of the appliance. Unfortunately, the problem was with the main computer panel, which was quite expensive to replace, but he immediately drove to his shop to get it and came back to put it in. Unfortunately, this didn't fix the problem. When I called A & R to report this a couple days later, Daniel was out within a few hours to investigate once again and replaced another sensor as well, at no charge. A few days later, the fridge still wasn't working properly, so I called again, and they promptly dispatched the owner that same day (whose name I'm forgetting unfortunately) as Daniel was on vacation. He was, also, an incredibly kind man. He replaced another yet another sensor (at no charge) and everything worked out! It was too bad it took three trips to get it right, but I was impressed with the company's follow up and "stick-to-it-tiveness". It also made me feel that they weren't necessarily trying to oversell me from the beginning (for a minute, I wondered if the expensive panel wasn't actually the problem, but they showed me where it was quite worn compared to the new one). Everyone I dealt with, from the dispatcher on the phone to the technician to the owner, were wonderful folks to interact with. I'd definitely go back to them.

Daniel, the installer (and co-owner of the business) arrived punctually and flawlessly installed the cooktop. He left the entire work area spotless (as was his appearance) and explained some of the features of the unit to me. The price was exactly what I had been quoted, even though the job required more extensive cutting of the counter surface that we had anticipated. I was so impressed that I immediately scheduled A & R to fix my malfunctioning washing machine. I probably would not have found this company except for Angie's List-thanks!

What a great Company. From my first call to schedule an appointment until the work was completed was an all around excellent experience. My diswasher was not completely draining. Russell, the owner make an adjustment to the hose which alleviated the problem without having to pullout the entire diswasher. This was all done within the service fee of $65.00. He was right on target with his diagnoses of the problem. I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends and I will use them any time I have an appliance problem.
