The inspector was wrong. When Tim came out he showed me that the dampers on both of the fireplaces were fine. He could have taken advantage of me since I believed that the home inspector was correct and the damper on one of the fireplaces needed to be replaced or repaired. But he showed me that the fireplace in question was fine. He rested my fears. He was wonderful so I had him sweep and inspect both fireplaces. Would definitely use him again..
Description of Work: Was told by home inspector that dampers in one of my fireplace was inoperable.
