He was supposed to come on Tuesday August 27 but never showed up. I sent him a text asking why he didn't come. He responded also by text that he forgot but would be here at 8:00 a.m. the next morning. He didn't show up the next morning when he said he would. At 12:30 p.m. he sent a text asking if i still needed my tank pumped. I responded yes. He stated he would be here in an hour. I had to leave, so wasnt there when he came, but my son saw that he was there. My son walked to the tank later that day and saw where he had left the cover off and did not turn my water hose off when finished. I had a plumber coming to repair the pump on the tank. He came the day after Jones pumped my tank. He told me to call Jones and have him come back and finish his job because he only pumped one side of my tank out. I texted him and he replied that he had sent someone else to pump it and didnt know why they only did half but that he would come do it soon.i asked him to let me know when he was coming. The next day, i heard a truck outside and saw they were there. He never called to tell me hewas coming or had come. I guess he finished it then, no one has looked to make sure. He did lie to me about someone other than hi coming, my son saw him the first day he came and knew what he looked like. I guess he thought i would never know if he only did half of it. I will never use him again. He is totally unreliable.

My main complaint is that it took Mr. Jones over two months to come out to repair the leak. There was an insurance claim involved, so we had to get an estimate first. It took him over a month to come to the house to do the estimate, and then another month to come out to fix the leak. As a result of all the delays, we were without water for over two months. The actual work took less than two hours, for which we were charged $625. The materials involved were not that expensive, so most of charge was just for labor, which seems excessive for the short amount of time they were here.
Description of Work: We had a water leak inside a cinder block wall. The plumber had to break the cinder blocks to repair the leak. The house has copper pipes which are corroding. A small portion of copper pipe was replaced with pex.
