I needed my old victorian house to be re-painted inside and out. It's a large house and old and thus has a lot of idiosyncracies. It also had a lot of issues, especially when it came to water leaks (with all that entails, including water damage to the drywall, lack of caulking on the trim, separation between base boards and walls, etc.), windows having been painted shut, you name it. Willie came over, did a realistic assessment of the time and money it would take, and gave me a very fair price for the work. I couldn't have been happier with the end result. During the whole process, Willie worked with me to make sure that the job fit the house and offered great advice on color schemes (which I really need since this is my first house and I was pretty inexperienced with this) and paint finishes every step of the way. Willie and his crew are amazing. They took their time with the prep work, fixing those lingering issues in my house and it really shows in the finished product. They went over my house with a fine-toothed comb and now my house built in 1909 has a fresh lease on life. Great work, great people. Very unobtrusive, responsive to any critiques I had and the job was fantastic. Couldn't ask for a better contractor. Would definitely use again.

We hired Will to paint the exterior of our small rental house in Nola. He was consistently prompt and professional with communication throughout the process, He sent progress pictures along the way, and was patient throughout a series of rain delays, all the while keeping us informed and up to date. He also repair our rotting front porch. Everything came out great, and most impressively, we got no complaints from the tenants throughout the entire process. Hire with confidence!

This is the second time I have used Will for work. In this case he re-tiled my foyer. Several years ago I replaced a slate foyer with marble. The company that did the work did a poor job and I was never dissatisfied. The marble was cracked and uneven. I was never happy with the condition of the floor. I asked Will if his workers could replace the tile. His floor man is Erik. His work was professional in every way, and I am completely satisfied with it. He replaced the marble with a porcelain tile. I strongly recommend Will I Am for his professionalism, timeliness and attention to detail.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Will I Am Painting. I had a major renovation and repair work done on my residence. This include painting the exterior and replacement of all the bad wood on the house (and there was a lot). He also painted a bedroom which included replacing sheet rock on one wall and a window sill. He replaced a ceiling in one room which had severe water stains. His staff replaced carpets with laminate flooring on the majority of floors, repaired the stair case and replaced a metal bannister with wood. His staff paid very careful attention to ensuring paint and stain matched. His staff always showed up on time and worked very hard. All work was completed on time and with great attention to detail. His staff was very competent and friendly. They cleaned up all dust and debris and returned furniture to its proper location. Their professionalism was evident in every phrase of the project. William is very cooperative, demanded professional quality, and inspected all work. I will definitely use his services again and highly recommend him.

Exceeded expectations. We hired the wrong contractor to do our bottom floor of our house. In less than 1 week Will, Fernando, and Daniel were able to remedy all of our issues that took our previous contractor 6 months to create. He was conscious of all the flooring, countertops, appliances, and cabinets that we had just installed and took extra care to protect them. The work looks beautiful and his professionalism was extremely appreciated. We will be getting Will back to our house in the future. Highly recommend!!!!!

Will & crew did a great job repairing and prepping before painting. All window treatments & fixtures were taken down before painting. I have two young children, and we were able to stay home during this renovation. The mess part (popcorn removal) was completed in less than a week. And the crew did vacuum the mess every day & everything was covered well. Mr. Will is very professional. My kids looked forward to seeing Mr. Will each day. He is so nice. I am very picky & mess stresses me out. Mr Will and crew did a great job tidying up each day. The quality of painting was up to my picky standards. Perfect lines & great repair before painting has my house looking new. The only issues we had were quickly fixed with great care. I also noticed some “extras” were done here & there. For example, they added some wood in the dormer window that made the finished look beautiful. The outside of my house looks so nice that we got “yard of the month” in our neighborhood this month. I love my “new” house. Thanks Mr. Will & crew!! We will be calling you in the Spring to do the bedrooms!!

Mr. Osorio and his crew did a great job painting the outside of our 2 story house. Good attention to detail, efficient, and polite. His estimate was a bit higher than another I got, but his included the repair of areas of rotted wood, some of which I was aware and others that he pointed out. Going with him probably saved money in the long run.

I'm very pleased with all aspects of the job from the detailed written estimate to the conscientious workers and attention to detail of Mr Osoria to the beautiful final result.

Perfect! This is second time we have used Will for painting work. As usual he does everything as if he were painting his own home. On time, great work and workers. Meticulous about details. Cut in painter is excellent (always a straight line). He inspects several times to make sure that everyone and everything is done correctly. Have already asked him to estimate another job for us. Great person/ great company.

We basically needed the entire interior of our new house painted, since the previous owners apparently liked very dark colors everywhere. There was even a black ceiling in the foyer. William was very easy to work with. He made sure that the estimate included all of the work that we wanted done, and he stuck to his estimate even though the job took longer than expected due to the amount of prep work needed. His crew was on time every day and they worked hard the entire time. They discovered some old termite damage in a small section of one of the walls and did a great repair on that too. They even set up the TV and couch for me each day before they left, since everything in the house was covered in plastic. My daughter was so excited when she saw her beautifully painted bedroom for the first time, and my wife and I are thrilled with the entire job. William and his crew truly transformed our home!

William and his team spent almost 10 days on prep before getting to the painting. They found and repaired wood rot, repaired columns, repaired the porch, and made the nearly 160 year old house look new. They arrived on time, cleaned up each day, and were a pleasure to have working on the house during the course of the project. I cannot recommend this company highly enough, and would not consider hiring another painting crew - this is the one!

Called William to give me an estimate of work. He showed up promptly at the agreed time, and sent an estimate very punctually. Upon agreement of start date, Will and his crew arrived at 8:00am and began working. Will insisted on all work being done to perfection. Great Job, Great Guy,

Crew was punctual and quick with work. Will has everything down to a science so it goes smoothly and quickly. Clean up was great. It went great. The walllpaper was taken off and then they put some kind of mud coat. After that dried, they sanded to a some finish. Final step, paint. As you always hear, the work is in the prep. This is the third time we have hired Will I Am. From repainting an entire house to be sold, to painting and hanging shutters and finally, wallpaper removal and paint bath. Now the outdated wallpaper with the border is gone. Could not be happier.

Just like the first major work projects we had William do in Nov 2014, it exceeded our expectations. William and his friendly, respectful crew are master craftsmen. William's attention to detail ensures that all work completed is of the highest quality. At the end of each day, all work areas were thoroughly cleaned and orderly.
