Absolutely beautiful! Since finding Willie here at Angie's List years ago, we've never even considered using anyone else. He does so much more than just "paint" a house! He and his crew are absolutely the best! We highly recommend him.

I highly recommend this company. I was so impressed with William and his crew. Within the first hour they had covered and taped the entire floor, moved all the furniture and covered everything with plastic. The painters were wonderful - so well organized and professional. I felt completely confident that the job would be done properly and they exceeded my expectations. Everything was moved back in place and they left the house spotless. If anyone is looking to hire professsional painters at a fair price I would urge them to use this company.

I cannot say enough about this company, the owner, or the crew of men who worked on my house. They had many different tasks to take on (we added even more after they got started). They were always on time, worked the whole day with only a lunch break. Remained professional. They covered all floors, furniture, and decorative items to prevent damage. They cleaned up every night. The owner (William Osoria) remained true to his bid price. He further gave us what we believe to be a great price on the additional work. I will use this company again and would recommend them to anyone.

We will definitely use Will again! Will and his crew did a great job! They showed up on time everyday and quickly got to work. They did an excellent job minimizing any mess and cleaned up after themselves and were all extremely polite. I had some minor drywall repairs that they did as well as the painting. The worked progressed quickly and, most importantly, the quality is EXCELLENT!! Attention to detail was evident throughout their work. The price was slightly higher than other estimates, but the quality more than made up for it. Great value! The quality of the work is A++!!!

Wonderful experience! The painters were prompt and courteous. They prepped well and kept things very clean. My cabinets are beautiful and my kitchen is brighter and looks bigger. Very reasonably priced too!

William was referred as the BEST PAINTER by my business partner, who owned 13 rental homes and we weren’t disappointed. William previously painted our large 16+ foot entrance hallway, living area and master bedroom/bath. He fit me in between jobs and brought in a great crew who was considerate of our furniture and personal belongings. We will wait before we use another painter. Hands down the very best! 5 stars.

Mr. William and his staff are wonderful! They are prompt, very professional, and they take pride in their work. I have used them for two different homes, and have never been disappointed. I just purchased a new home, and had the entire interior painted. Mr. William and his staff did such a great job, it now looks like brand new! After entertaining quotes from several painting contractors, we settled on William Osoria (Will-I-Am), and that was perhaps one of the best decisions I have ever made. Our house is large (three stories), so this was a big decision for us. William provided an estimate that was a little bit higher than some other quotes we received, but it felt honest, and I was not in the mood for unexpected expenses on the other side of the project. I was impressed by his thorough assessment of the house, and what wood-work would need to be replaced. The quote felt like it accounted for everything, and when it was all said and done, it did. The quote was spot on accurate, and it was certainly worth a little extra to have the job done right. Again, with a large house, we were prepared that this would take awhile. But William’s estimated time frame was also on time, finishing within days of when he said he would have it done. As opposed to some cheaper companies, William’s crew devoted as much time to the sides and top stories of the house (where cheaper companies usually cut it short with only one coat). The work was exceptional, with incredible attention to detail. His crew was polite, not only to us, but to all of our neighbors. They were, truthfully, a joy to be around. In sum, I highly recommend Will-I-Am, and I am doing so to all of our friends and family. A real pro, this guy is. We will definitely use him again.

Cant say enough good things about Will I Am painters. Will & his crew were punctual and timely every morning until the project was complete, responsive to any emails or questions, and just all in all friendly professionals. They were respectful of all of our belongings when moving furniture or covering stuff in our house. Of course the quality of the work was excellent! We will definitely be doing more projects in our home in the future and will be using Will hands down.

Great...We are so pleased...Our house has never been pressure washed this well..Daniel went above and beyond making sure all areas were addressed..He also did a remarkable job on our front porch which was in terrible condition.. Will is a very professional knowledgeable and caring person that takes pride in his work and sees to it that every thing is done to a high standard (HIS)...something that is hard to find these days..We couldn't be happier with the work he and Daniel performed..Even did a few extra things at no additional charge.. Highly recommend and will use again. We did have to wait as he stays busy and now I see why..Glad we did!!

Once again, William and his team did an amazing job! They replaced rotten wood, made repairs, and painted the entire exterior of my house. I have used William several times in the past and will use him again in the future. He oversees every job and is meticulous about the work and pays attention to detail. I highly recommend him without reservation. This company believes in providing quality service from start to finish, and it is obvious that William isn't satisfied until his customer is satisfied.

Their professionalism was evident the very first day they showed up and got started right away with preparatory work. I appreciate that they tried to protect my property as they did their job. And I love that they cleaned up at the end of each day. They even helped me get my place nice and ready when I had guests visit. Last but not least, William is very reasonable with his pricing. Will and crew did a fantastic job. My tenant burned many, many candles for 8 yrs which left candle smoke soot on every surface. It's an occupied house with 5 people 2 dogs a cat and lots of furniture. Will's crew painted all surfaces with oil based primer then 2 coats of latex. It took a long 3 wks but tenants were able to stay in house. The men had to move furniture from room to room to work, The tile man was there the last week and did the same. The painters came right back to install quarter rounds and finish painting woodwork. Will & I met at the house the next morning and Will made sure all work was done to my expectations. Every one was so easy to work with. During the work the pipe in master bath started leaking and Will got the new pipe needed and fixed it. Will and crew were able to do everything for me including the flooring. plumbing, carpentry, sheetrock repairs, hanging new light fixtures. That took so much stress off me and saved a lot of time. I would definitely hire Will I Am Painting Contractor again.

We took a few bids for painting of the front of our house. Mr. Will came in at a fair and reasonable price. Scheduling was a little out, but we were not in a rush. I felt comfortable going with Will I Am for all the excellent reviews I read on Angie's List. I know why Mr. Will and his crew have a backlog of work. Mr. Will and his crew did a fantastic job on our house. They were punctual every morning and worked in extremely hot temperatures and sun. His guys worked extremely hard everyday to get the job done. They are very meticulous and professional crew. I would definitely recommend Will I Am to anybody and would hire them to do more painting work in the future. There were no surprises at the end with price either. What was quoted was the price. Communication was great too. The front of our house looks like it did when we built it 8 years ago. It was a pleasure to work with a contractor like Mr. Will. We don't find that too often when people take so much pride in their work and it shows. Everything went fine. Very pleased with the work and the little extra things that were done for me while they were there. William and his team made sure I was happy before they completed the job. This is the third time we have used Mr. Willy. A few years ago, we got bids to paint our front porch. We met with three painters and decided immediately to go with Mr. Willy. While his price was reasonable, he wasn’t the least expensive. However, we could tell he was organized and knew what he was doing. We were not disappointed!! We used him again two years ago to paint the interior of our house and again last week to paint our kitchen cabinets. He always shows up when he says he is going to show up! His crew comes in the morning and works hard all day. They do not leave until the job is finished, and they clean up after themselves! They’re amazing!! Mr. Willy has excellent communication skills - you receive a detailed quote outlining exactly what the job entails including the number of days it's expected to take, the number of workers who will be on the job, the exact materials that will be used and the number of coats that will be applied. Also, he will text you before he starts to remind you that they will be there and what time to expect them. They usually arrive a few minutes early. It's been refreshing to work with someone so professional. We only call Willy now for our painting needs!

Will I Am Painting Contractor LLC is a 5-Star, 5-Diamond operation!! And I am a former painting contractor myself so I know from whence I speak. My family home had been neglected (peeling paint on the windows, 50% of the stucco covered with mold) for many years so it required an intense amount of work. I was in awe of all the attention to detail Will and his crew devoted to the prep-work which is so fundamental to a long lasting paint job. They were total pros, especially Jose and Randy. No corners were cut. Mr. Osoria knows his stuff, using the correct primers and paint formulations on the various surfaces (stucco, wraught iron, and wood. 9 different colors on the facade). Mine was a large $20K+ job that took weeks. During that time I made numerous changes and additions to the original contract that might have annoyed the average contractor. Mr. O handled each change with grace, charm and fairness. These qualities extended to his crew. All of my neighbors noted how remarkably polite, friendly, and really hard working the crew was; many asked for Mr. O's number. Its not easy to part with that kind of money, but in the end I am certain my property value increased enough to more that off-set the cost. Ask him to show you the before pictures he has of my house on S. Roman St. Will I Am is the best!

Mr. William was a pleasure to do business with. Professional, fair price and great attention to detail. I have 35 old wood windows which needed to be prepped, glazed and painted along with some repairs along the way. I could not have asked for a better experience. I already booked my next project with them for June!
