Willy and his team did an outstanding job. Willy answered timely with an estimate ( I got 4). My husband said they were professional, respectful, and cleaned up. He was impressed and he is very picky! I would definitely use them again and will refer them.

I was extememly happy with doing business with Mr. Will. He answered my request for a quote on painting the inside of the apartment very promptly and as we did a walk-through he was able to call my attention to other things that needed to be done. Mr. Will's bid was slightly higher than the lowest one, but I hired him because I just had a good feeeling about him after we met. I thought that his price was very fair and as it turned out the work was excellent. I have owned these rental units for over twenty years and I have never been this pleased with the work I've had done by other contractors. After he completed the interior work, I asked him to give me a bid on prepping and painting the exterior. Mr. Will called my attention to trim boards that needed to be replaced before painting. Again, I got a very fair price and excellent work. I have always been somewhat hesitant in recommending craftsmen, but I have already recommended Mr. Will to two of my friends and would not hesitate to recommend him to others. It is my belief that he did more than I actually paid him to do. He would see something that needed to be done and he would just take care of it. I was going to replace the entire porch rail, but Mr. Will told me that he could fix what I already had, and so he did. He even cleaned out the fireplace. I am so happy to have found him. It went very well- we had other painter who had promised to have all work done in 1 month but by end of month was only a quarter done. William came in , gave reasonable bid and did excellent prep work and finish work in timely fashion . We were very pleased and I definitely highly reccommend him.

I talked with about 3 different painters and Will I Am painters. Some painters suggested the job would take 2.5 weeks. Will I Am thought he could get the job done in 6 days. The time frame was important to me because I have 2 active dogs that I had to deal with while the painters were here. I don't think the painters were dog people, but by the end of the job everyone's tail was wagging! The only "problem" was that Willie couldn't get to my job for at least a month! Oh, no! When I called Willie and told him I'd like him to paint my house but couldn't deal with a month delay he told me he had a cancellation the following week and he could slot me in! I was thrilled and signed the contract. Willie's team got the job done in 5.5 days - thank God! The job looks great. Willie will do whatever you need done to keep you happy.

Excellent! On time every morning, Sometimes they asked if they could show up earlier! 1 hour for lunch and cleaned up area at the end of the day. Will I Am crew went out of their way to make sure everything was done right and everything was done right. Cutting in and painting was the best I have ever seen, a perfect painters line applied between the spray painted white fireplace mantel and the Moroccan Sky contrasting wall... PERFECT! Will I Am gave me the best quote by far over others. I really liked the way Will I Am listened to my needs and he followed through with taking care of our space so it looks just perfect. In our case, an estimated job turned into a little bit more because of the latex on top of oil issue and additional sanding and maybe an additional 5 days of work. Will I Am added a modest amount, compared to the time, I was blown away when the total amount was presented. I don't think you could do any better than using WIll I Am. Others showed up to look at the work and didn't even bother to call me back... that's not Will I AM... Willey is the best! Folks that have used him know and now you do, too. One other thing... I never had a second though with leaving the house with Will I Am painters, just really professional hard working guys. WIll I Am finished today and my wife and I could not be more pleased with our new place! Thanks WIll I Am!

We got two bids on our painting job. Will's bid was similar to the other contractors, but his included two coats of paint on the walls and he provided all the paint and materials. The other contractor's bid was for one coat of paint and did not include the paint. Due to delays in floor installation, we had to reschedule the painting 3 or 4 times. Will was always pleasant and accommodating whenever we called to make a change. On the scheduled day for painting, Will and his two helpers arrived as scheduled prepared with all the necessary materials. They worked like a well oiled machine. Right away they began working, not stopping until they took a lunch break for approximately one hour. They were efficient and provided a high quality of work. After the first day's work was completed, I examined the bedroom walls and was not pleased with my color choice. When Will returned the next morning, he asked if we were pleased with the work. I told him about my disappointment in the color. He offered to paint the second coat with a different color. I chose use the same color but adjust the shade. Will returned with the new paint and painted a sample spot for me to check out the color. I was pleased with the new paint. (I was surprised when he gave us the final bill. He did not charge us for the additional paint. I questioned him about it, but he said there no was no extra charge.) We had not originally planned to paint the crown molding in the living room. When I asked if they could include this, he did so at a very reasonable price. His helper actually had to return on Saturday to complete the additional work. We were very pleased with the courtesy and quality of the work provided by Will and his crew. Will called us about a week after the work was completed to make sure we had been satisfied. We have recommended him to others who needed painting. We would definitely use this company again.

They were great! William and his guys were very professional. They did a good job and were very careful about their work. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

They removed the doors from the hinges and a removed all hardware. After they stripped the doors they sanded them down, prepared them for stain, and stained them. (They re-hung the doors each night so that we would not be with out doors!) Once stain was on, they allowed them to dry over night. When they returned, they sanded them down and applied a second coat of stain. Allowed them to dry again, and then added the clear coat to finish the job. The staff was on time an courteous. I have already recommended them to a friend.

I was having trouble finding someone to wall paper. He replied within 24 hours of my e-mail. He came on schedule to look at the job and give me a quote. He and a helper arrived prepared for the job. They took down the old wallpaper, towel racks, and light fixture. They did a great job hanging the new paper. They replaced the fixtures and cleaned thoroughly. He even fixed a spot in the entry way where the wall paper was coming up. I didn't even ask him to. Both men where very polite and professional. I recommend highly.

I contacted Will I Am for a quote for some work I needed completed within a week. He gave me an estimate of the cost after seeing what I needed to have done. The price seemed reasonable so I hired them when he assured me he would have the work done by my deadline. They did an outstanding job. I appreciate them so much getting the work done for me timely. My house looks so refreshed and nice. Just in time for spring. I will definitely call them for any work I need around my house in the future.

Originally was doing some trim painting also did some other work replaced some wooden flors which came out beautiful and did a great job overall.

William Osoria is very professional and easy to work with during the process. He inspected the job and provided a quote in writing. We had several other quotes and he was very reasonably priced. Also he came highly recommended from our friends. The first experience was so wonderful that I hired him to complete two more projects. The first project he completed was to paint 75% of the interior of our home. He allowed a week to finish the project and finished in four days. The cost of this project was $3000. He and his crew were extremely polite and very neat with their work habits. Next I hired him to power wash and paint the exterior of our home.The cost of this project was $3800. Again, he and his crew finished the job under the time allotment. They finished in the job in 3 days and it was done to perfection! For the third project he painted the other 25% of the interior of our home. While he was here I asked him about painting a bookshelf and the trim around a mirror. He said no problem. The next day both very painted and are absolutely beautiful. It was much cheaper painting than buying a new bookshelf and mirror. He also did some minor handyman work to perfection. The cost of this project was $1450. I highly recommend Will I Am as a painting contractor. William is honest, trustworthy and is a talented professional painter and handyman. I always recommend him to anyone who is looking for a fantastic painter.
