From start to finish this job was perfect. First of all, the unbelievable prep work that this crew did made such a difference in the finished product. They completely cleaned and patched all areas that needed to be painted. They also removed pictures, moved furniture, covered the floors and all furniture. Each day William and his team showed up on time and began working immediately. They do not waste time, they work fast, and they keep the job site very clean. At the end of the job, they cleaned up and put everything back the way I had it. The owner's standards are very high and was on the job site everyday making sure everything went smoothly. The finished interior paint job is amazing. I will use Will I Am Painting again and would recommend his services to anyone.

Mr. Will and his entire crew were phenomenal. We did our homework before choosing a painting contractor, and we are so very glad that we chose Mr. Will! Before painting the exterior of our home, he and his crew worked meticulously to prepare the house for painting. They power washed, sanded, caulked, replace rotting boards, and corrected other insulation issues. What truly amazed (and pleased) me as a homeowner was how the crew completely cleaned up at the end of every day. The job took probably a solid 5/6 days to complete (the prep work taking most of the time) and, on each of those days, his crew was so diligent about cleaning up and organizing their equipment so as to be minimally disruptive. The painting job was also of the highest quality- you can tell the Mr. Will and his crew have their system down pat and do not cut corners. Mr. Will and his crew completely repainted the exterior of the home, the trim, railings, porch, and the piers. Since we had the house painted, we've had complete strangers (as well as neighbors) walk by our home and compliment us on the work. Finally, Mr. Will worked tirelessly to make sure that every single item we were concerned about was addressed along the way. He kept saying that he would not leave until we were completely satisfied. Mr. Will- we are completely satisfied! Thank you for taking such good care of our home.

Beautiful work. So neat. Very professional crew, arrived on time and immediately started their preparations. They removed several roman shades, and also blinds. When painting complete, all window coverings were re- hung. I could not have been more pleased. I definitely would recommend WILL - I- AM

Went great. They showed up when they said they would and got right to work. It only took them 1.5 days to complete.

First I must preface this review by mentioning that I am extremely particular with my home and notice every little detail of workmanship. Will and his crew were OUTSTANDING! They arrived promptly each day and were very courteous and professional. Will worked throughout the Christmas and New Year holidays. He and his crew painted our condo, repaired and replaced Sheetrock, removed popcorn ceilings and smoothed them, painted the front door and stair railings and sealed the plexiglass windows on our patio. After painting one of the bedrooms, we did not like the color under the lighting we had, so we had to ask Will to repaint it. It took 2 different times to find a paint color for the bedroom that we liked. Will was extremely accommodating and adaptable to the changes. With each phase of our home improvement, Will went above and beyond to make sure that we were pleased with each detail of the job and if his crew did not complete a detail to his standards, he redid it to perfection. If you are on the fence as to what painter and contractor to use for your home improvement needs, Will I Am, LLC is the absolute best. We will be using his services again for our other home improvement needs and on some rental property. Will is one of a kind and we couldn't be more impressed with the quality of his workmanship. beautiful job would use again

This is the 4th time Will and his crew have done work for us. We discussed what needed to be done and he did it. We gave him the key and trusted him to do what he says he will do. I have recommended him to many people. Finding some one you can trust and dependable and reasonable and know what he is doing, well, what else needs to be said? Thank you Will and crew!

We got four estimates for this job, all within $2000-$3000 of each other. It was a big job on a large, old 19th century house with an unusual footprint, complex architectural features, and more than a few quirks. I was impressed by Mr. Osoria, the owner, when he first showed up to look at the job and prepare an estimate. He was extremely thorough, noticed things that needed to be done before I even pointed them out or even noticed them myself. The estimate he sent was also very complete and with suffisaient detail that we felt comfortable that the work we wanted done would get done. Mr. Osoria honored the senior citizen discount he advertises making his estimate even more attractive. The work went beautifully and my husband and I couldn't be more pleased. Mr. Osoria and his crew arrived on the day agreed upon in the contract and started right to work. A full or partial crew worked every day, including many Saturdays, from 8 am to 5 pm with the exception of 2 or 3 days when it rained. The men on the job worked hard, were never idle or chatting with one another, in my observation, and took only a lunch break every day. The foreman, Arsenio, kept all the work and the workers on track and put in full days on the job also. I have never seen such a hard-working and professional crew, ever. Even our neighbors passing by and observing the work commented on how impressed they were with the workers and their work. They took pride in what they were doing, showed great attention to detail, and were anxious for us to be pleased with their efforts and the results. They were nice, friendly, smiling, and always respectful and appropriate in their interactions with us. The fact that Mr. Osoria's crew is so good is certainly a reflection of his own high professional ethic and insistance on quality. Mr. Osoria was in touch weekly to keep us informed about the progress of the job and often worked alongside his men when he came by to check on how things were going. We had one miscommunication about the trim color and Mr. Osoria did not hesitate to redo the work and make it right. He completed the job in a timely manner and per the contract, with no surprises, unspecified add-ons, or undue stress. It was a pleasure to do business with him and we will gladly do so again in the near future for some projects on the inside of the house. I highly recommend Will I Am Painting Contractor to anyone looking for professional, high quality, thorough work on their house or business.

Will and his crew were very prompt and professional. They preformed all of the requested repairs in the agreed amount of time and even painted and repaired some of the small issues that they found needing attention. When they were finished the job...they left my house spotless. It was a pleasure doing business with Will and his crew. I highly recommend them!

Excellent, I did not know what to expect at first, I thought they would just sand some of the dry spots and do more touch up stain and varnish, but they went down to the natural wood before staining and varnishing the door.. The door is my entrance door with beveled glass and it gets the afternoon sun. the door looked new when they were finished. I will use them again when the door needs to be stained again.

Willie dealt not only with his own workers, but me, via the phone and email, my astute tenant, and our very loyal maintenance man. At one point, Willie good-naturedly proclaimed he had too many supervisors! He did! And luckily for us, he had the personality to handle us all with aplomb. Any concerns we had over smaller details were readily seen to. This man strives to do the best job possible to satisfy his customer. He also has the experience to know what a good job is. I would definitely recommend him and use him again myself.

Mr. Will and his team did an outstanding job on my house. I give them the highest marks on thoroughness and attention to detail. The work started on schedule and they put in full days until the job was done. The price was a bit higher than another painter that had provided me with a quote, but the value for the money spent made it worth every penny. I chose Mr. Will because on his initial visit to my house, he pointed out a number of repairs that needed to be done that would be included in his price. The other painter was just going to pressure-wash and paint, and would not make any repairs. I can't say enough good things about them, and would highly recommend them to anyone!

I have used Wil I Am many many times and would highly recommend them. They are always on time, polite, professional, have fair prices, and they do an impeccable job. I have used them as stated above, they have also repaired our water damaged wood floors, and cracked ceramic tiles, painted, and repaired our stucco. I highly recommend them.

Willie is great! First, we just bought the house and the previous owners painted all of the rooms really bright and vibrant colors and/or rag painted and faux finished the walls and/or had really bad wall paper applied. Killing the bright blues, greens and reds was a massive undertaking and this is not a small house, 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. There was also a fair amount of drywall repair that was necessary. I gave Willie my paint colors and he did the rest. Willie and his crew completed the job on time and on budget and without requiring my involvement. Really a great experience. I have since had Willie repaint two different rental properties for me, and had the same great experience. I will use Willie again and highly recommend him.

Mr. William and his staff are the BEST workers I've ever had in my home. They are prompt, courteous, professional, and meticulous with their work. Mr. William responded immediately to my calls, and he supervised his staff regularly. I would HIGHLY recommend Mr. William and his staff. I will definitely use his services again!

It went fine and we couldn't be happier! The lavatories are cast iron and commode is one of the latest ones. The cost of these were included in the total price. After the previous work he and his employees did, we trusted his judgement completely and were not disappointed. There was one minor issue to arise following completion of the job; a leak in the lavatory drain. We called Willie and he immediately took care of it. Would we hire him again? You bet we would! Thank you Willie and the guys!

Over the years we've hired quite a few contractors but never have we found such professionalism! They went out of their way to please us. We love the whole crew and especially Willie. They were all very professional but at the same time very friendly and super courteous. They are completely honest and trustworthy. We did not hesitate to leave our home while they were here. The workmanship is outstanding. In fact, Willie improved on our suggestion and he was right, it turned out beautifully! We feel that the work was worth more than we were charged and appreciate the discount. We would not hesitate to use him again - in fact, we have another job lined up for him. Willie has our permission to provide potential clients with our contact information so we can share with them our experience. I inadvertently left out the first part of the work performed by Willie and his crew. We had a sliding glass door located in our bathroom which we decided needed to be removed and the area walled instead of replacing the door. Willie's suggestion was very much appreciated as we were at a loss as to how to do this, especially since the exterior is brick. He knew exactly how to do it and it turned out beautiful. His brick mason did the exterior and it too is great! He then painted the walls to match the new wall and it too came out perfect. He has been terrific in helping us prepare this house for sale. We can't thank him and his great employees enough!

He provided advise and expertise before preparing the quote. He got back to me quickly as I was on a specific timeline to complete the job and move into my newly purchased home. We couldn't afford to buy a brand new home so we hired Will I Am Painting to freshen up the inside. They painted EVERY square inch of the interior in a reasonable amount of time. They even showed up on the weekend to make sure they didn't run behind. We are so pleased with their work!! Our home now looks pristine and new!! On top of the painting, William installed an exterior door, fixed two existing doors, and replaced all doorknobs and outlet covers. The team was very respectful to our home and our family (our two year old couldn't wait to see "Willie"). Will I Am was highly recommended to us and we highly recommend his services to others!! His pricing is well worth it... you will not be disappointed!

Extremely well - all work performed as promised, on-time (slight delay painting roof due to weather conditions. Both William and his helper were very careful, making sure that all surfaces were properly prepared...even applied several coats of paint to cover up an awful "hunting scene" paneling. William sent out the paint manufacturer representative for input on products and techniques to insure maximum coverage and durability for the metal roof. They cleaned and prepared the roof, then used a multiple step process to apply primer, paint and top-coat designed for metal roofs.

Hire this Man! Mr. Osoria and his team did an outstanding job for us at a very fair price. He is a perfectionist and made sure that we were completely satisfied. One example, is when there was a very subtle issue with one area that was painted that I couldn't even see that he pointed out and corrected. He is a true craftsman who takes pride in his work. Mr. Osoria even helped me fix my lawnmower. We will definitely only use Will I am painting for all our future painting needs.
