When that contract was up we switched to the Turner Real Estate Group after receiving several strong recommendations from others in our community. Wayne Turner met with us providing a well researched and realistic picture of our listing's place in our present market. Within one week we had a signed offer which turned into a solid contract. The Turner Real Estate Group provided us with prompt feedback after each showing of the house, which we greatly appreciated. We were also very impressed with the high quality photographs taken by Wayne Turner, including video, to accompany our listing.
