Last year they installed my brand new a/c this is my second time having them over! Always extremely happy with the work Damien does. He goes over & beyond what is/was expected. He will treat you better than a family member would! Him and his team installed my new water heater. It would have been an issue since my old water heater was installed before the attic was completed & was too big to fit through the opening! He tucked it nicely out of the way & lined up the new one beautifully. He also used the wood I had & hauled it all up to the attic for temporary floors for him and his guys at no extra charge. He later came back & worked on my septic outlet and pump only charging me for supplies. Damien is an honorable, honest man that bust his bunns to make sure you are happy. I'm going to call him for all of my future needs. What an amazing person. Thank you God for making a true hero! #1 in my book. Also treated my son with respect when I wasn't home & explained the process simply so he can explain in to me. My son was even impressed & said 'Yes mom finally we found someone good that comes when they say & doesn't add all those extra fees'

I had a leak from a toilet. I posted the project. The pro called within 15 minutes. I was sad to her that I only had one pro call, but the pro was very responsive and solved the immediate problem very quickly.

Very knowledgeable about the tune up and cleaning process of the units. He made it look 10x better than it was before he arrived.

It took three trips to get the installation right! On the plus side, they did keep sending someone to fix the problems with the installation of a new coil and condenser. But I can't help thinking that if the work had been done properly in the first place, it wouldn't have taken 2 more visits to deal with the horrible noise caused because a piece of plastic that was left in the coil , or the very very loud noise in the wall where the pipe connected to the condenser. Both issues were finally resolved.
