custom cabinets
+ -1 moreLet's say first the guy who installed took all the measurements, even took a piece of cabinet's with him so the color would be correct. He was wonderful but Mattix cabinet's ordered the wrong color cabinet's, we had expresso colored which everything in our house matched to this color. We open the boxes and they sent us a light colored cabinet's, did not give the right pieces and then didn't order the right size island cabinet's. The salesman screwed it all up, so even before the installer left we had spoken to the salesman and he was putting in the correct order that day. Not even close, we had to call the owner Paul, and even he wasn't any real help at all. It felt like they didn't care about the customer at all. He was oh, I didn't know he was told then he told me he just found out. Oh we will put a rush order in. They never put a rush anything, we got the new cabinets after the new year. The cabinet quality was nice but next time we are going to order and install ourselves. This way we will get what we want. I was disappointed in everything with them,especially with an owner who doesn't care about the customer
