He was honest to tell me my idea for the barn door would not work because of the space and also because it made the space become something that would distract from the custom made beautiful china cabinet being installed. The solution I wanted was to have a door not bang on another door and be in the way when opened. He said he had the solution. It was a joyful treat to see the door he had purchase and installed. That door had some barn door like lines to it without being overbearing. He listens and makes it happen."

"The new upstairs porch/balcony looks great, but now water pools upstairs and leaks down to the 1st floor porch. They were great about coming back out to fix the leak (which hurt the aesthetic of the porch). Turns out they did not fix the leak - revealed by the rain today."
