Well. Sentricon baiting system was used around the slab and liquid termitiside was drilled in the concrete. Payments were supposed to be posted to my credit card for 3 months installments. At this time only 272.00 was paid. I asked to have a 100.00 Angie's list coupon deducted but it was denied. This may be why the payments have not been posted to the credit card. I'm still waiting for a response.

On more than three occasions, they put a sticker on my lawn, threw a bill on my door, and didn't treat the lawn. The lawn is worse than when I started with them about 20 months ago. They were charging me without rendering the services. It was witnessed by people in my neighborhood. My local pest control company also noticed them throw a bill on my front door and just left. When I called them out on it, they said they were going to come back later. When I finally closed out my account with them, they said they're charging me for the consult even though they weren't rendering the services. The communication is also awful. You can't talk to the local workers, you have to call the corporate office. They did get back to me within 48 hours when I called, but they did not resolve my issues fully. At the very end, I did get some money back but they did get a lot of money from me while not performing the services and I don't agree with the way they did it.
