FIVE STAR COMPANY .... First visit from Brooks Plumbing was on May 13th 2015 to run a new gas line so that I could use my gas dryer. They were able to accommodate my schedule and be available to do the job on the day I moved into my new house. They showed up on time and were very professional and did a top-notch job. They accommodated my request to switch location of the washer/dryer because of how doors opened. It was a little bit of a challenge since the dryer set up was where I wanted the washer. I have to say that plumbing is not really all that exciting but the way that the washer/dryer was hooked up and vented looked awesome ... very neat and clean install. Next 2 visits in August 2015, Johnathon installed 2 bathroom faucets, a kitchen faucet, a reverse osmosis water filtration system, a shower bar, and a roman tub faucet with handheld, The prices were good especially for the quality of workmanship. Very professional service, everything that was done was done well I plan to call Brooks Plumbing for any future plumbing needs and I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

Called in the evening regarding a water leak in the yard. NIck was there first thing the next morning. He was able to diagnose the problem and get it resolved quickly. Did a fantastic job of explaining what happened and the steps taken to fix it. Would definitely recommend!

THEY DID GREAT WORK. AFTER THE JOB WAS COMPLETE I ASKED TO HAVE THEM WORK UP AN ESTIMATE ON REPLACEING THE OLD VALVES WITH A NEW ONE. I NEVER GOT THE ESTIMATE.

So polite, responsive and professional! He worked on our well/pump until 10pm on a Saturday night! It's crucial to have someone you can rely on when it comes to something as important as your water and Jonathan is most certainly that. We will use him for all our plumbing needs going forward.

Very professional honest business

I had a pressure relief valve on my hot water heater that was failing causing it to release a lot of water to the outside of my house. This release of water was incredibly noisy as well. Jonathan told me what to do over the phone to stop the noise before he got here. Once here, he quickly fixed the problem. He was excellent.

I have used Brooks plumbing on 2 projects and he has been excellent on everything. 1 of them was exceptionally bad and he spent an entire day not leaving until it was corrected and EVERYTHING was working properly. They are the ONLY folks I use now for North or South Shore work. You won't be disappointed. Always on time and super courteous.
