Jonathan dug up and replaced the water main from our well. This is our first time owning property that has a well and he took the time to explain the entire system to us and make suggested improvements to resolve other issues. He put in a very long day's work and completed everything even when it got dark and he had to use his cell phone for a flashlight! He is very thorough and has great attention to detail. One of the best things was how proactive he is at preventing problems before they arise and advising us on how to do so as well. Brooks Plumbing will definitely be our go-to service for our new home.

Jonathan is focused, efficient, respectful and moderate with charges. Jonathan answered my call immediately and arrived at my place promptly. He agreed to come the following day to do the job, but when he realized he had a large workload scheduled for the next day, instead of postponing my job, he decided to get the parts on the day and do the job earlier than initially planned. He worked till very late into the night and left behind a neat environment when job was done. I will recommend Jonathan to anyone for plumbing work. I had 3 plumbing issues that needed to be addressed, along with garbage disposal replacement, and all were handled expertly. Jonathan was professional, polite, and friendly. He was careful to make sure everything worked properly before leaving, and made sure to clean up.
