+ 0 moreI really appreciate the prompt text message response I got from Brook's, and they came out same day! They were also really responsive when I had to leave to run an emergency errand, and kept me posted on the ETA of the tech. Robert came out to help us that same afternoon, and was very friendly. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and repaired it. He cleaned up all the mess, and was on his way in less than an hour, and took my card payment in the yard. Great experience, and I would def recommend!!! I know I'll be giving them a call anytime I have an issue with my septic tank or plumbing from here on out.

+ -1 moreWe are very happy with the work done. I was able to schedule an appointment on the same day I called for service. The service technician was very professional, he performed his work quickly, and he left my bathroom VERY clean when he was done. Usually my house is left a mess after services/repairs are done. That was not the case with Brooks Plumbing. I really appreciated that. The cost seemed fair. We have had no issues with our toilet since the repair. I will use Brooks Plumbing again in the future and also recommend them to others.
Description of Work: In our kids' bathroom, the toilet wax seal had a small leak. This caused water to seep out and keep the grout on the tile wet. The technician, Daniel, replaced the wax seal, tested the leak, and replaced the grout. He even tightened the loose toilet seat.

Description of Work: The owner is very interested in completing a quality job. He had a problem with the quality of work of one plumber. He was terminated and the work was redone to quality standards. He completed the job of replacing my polybutylene piping with Pex to my satisfaction at a price under other estimates.
