Jessica came to my house to measure and give an estimate for shade and shutter options. I wanted to see more samples, so I went to the showroom in person which helped me decide what to order. The installation process was quick and easy and took approximately 3-4 weeks from the date of order to install.

I would not recommend them and it was not a good experience. Everything would be F. I would not use them in the future.

Terrible. Basically, a lot of the cuts were long. It seems they're on the wrong places. I ended up settling for less than half of the total bill was. They have screwed up job. Not straightforward. Very unethical. They were the lowest bidder.

customer service was non-existent. Phone calls were not returned, ever. I never felt as if my business meant anything to them at all. The counter tops were damaged when installed and because it was going to cost more to fix than I owed them they just have never contacted me back. I did get them for half price because of the damage, but I would not recommend this company to anybody.

We needed to replace the 26 year old synthetic marble shower and tub walls and shower floor in our Master Bath. A builder friend recommended that we talk with Jessica at Avalon Marble, Covington location. We called her and she came out to our home the next day, and gave us ideas and an estimate. We followed up several days later with a visit to their shop in Covington to view design examples and colors. We then contracted with Avalon Marble to do the replacement work, and were told that the fabrication of the materials would take about 10 days; and we set a date for the installation. Billy called us the day prior to the scheduled installation and set a time window for the next day. The installers arrived as planned, removed the old shower floor (I had done the rest of the needed preparation and wallboard replacements), and installed the new synthetic marble shower floor and walls. They did not have the moldings done, but returned 3 days later to install these. We were very pleased with the installers and their work. The entire process took about three weeks.

We ordered solar shades with Avalon. Jessica is awesome. She came out to measure and offered advice on the shades and answered a number of questions for us. The shades were ordered and in tow weeks they had been installed. We had 9 windows done. The installation was done by a contract installer. Both very nice, punctual, and did the install in barely over on hour. All in all we were very pleased with the whole deal. Jessica is very knowledgeable in her products, she can offer a ton of information and advice. All went exceptionally well.
