Description of Work: Spoke with the owner regarding termite contract prior the appointment, since he had done terminate inspection prior to the purchase of our home (which had no termites). Owner explained that service contract would included any termite treatment necessary, following the initial treatment, if it were to become necessary, implying the initial treatment was guaranteed. However, when the exterminator showed up for initial treatment, he stated we needed to sign a statement saying that the work was NOT "guaranteed." He further explained that we would be responsible for paying for any services that may become necessary following the initial treatment. Given that scenario, it seemed pointless to have a termite "contract."

 + -1 moreThey are always professional, punctual and courteous. They give very resonable pricing for regular monthly maintenance, home inspection and termite removal. They completely treated the affected area and the entire house and even some of the affected trees. They were very through and knowledgeable about termites and pests in general. I am confident they were removed from the house and I will continue to use them for annual treatment for termites as well as monthly maintenance for regular pests.
Description of Work: I noticed that some of the floorboards on my 2nd floor home office had been eaten through. I called Authentic out to inspect and they identified them as formosean termites and showed me. I had the flooring removed in the entire room and hallway so they could treat.

 + -1 moreThis was the company that inspected the house for wood destroying insects prior to our purchase. After the purchase I called them to get a price for putting the house under contract. They quoted a price of $450.00 but reduced it to $350.00 after they determined that the concreted had been previously drilled. They were very through and drilled more holes because they believed they were needed. You don't find many contractors that reduce the price.
Description of Work: They treated our home for termite control and placed it under contract.
