Contacted service provider to examine AC blower motor. Upon initial examination provider instead recommended factory board replacement, digital thermostat & drain flush. Used provider recommended finance company option. Provider "claimed" work done as guaranteed and while it appeared to actually operate prior to his departure, discovered NEXT Morning that it was NOT working at all! Provider had been paid but did not return timely or even answer calls over 2 month period. When he actually returned he admitted he misdiagnosed problem & it DID actually relate to the mower blower which he 'temporarily' removed from home for work and then did not return with repairs, parts or even answer calls. Forced to request a judgement from local Small Claims Court & received a judgement in amount larger than cost, but since actually locally unenforceable, was just ignored by provider forcing more out-of-pocket expenses to achieve remediation and not resolved as yet. Seek to warn other possible senior citizen homeowners looking for cost alternative to avoid any dealings with this serial business practice abuser.
