The service was excellent. Called Josh at the end of the day, hoping he would fit me in the next day. He said he was in the area and was at my house in 10 minutes. Diagnosed and fixed my oven right then. The ignitors were out on both ovens. He had the parts on hand. Very friendly and professional service. He also looked at my freezer in the garage on his way out for no charge. Would definitely recommend and hire again.

Service was excellent and technician was phenomenal. Service was his priority.
Description of Work: Front load dryer was not drying and the check filter light was illuminated. I vacuumed the vent space and while I was wiping off the rubber gasket around the door glass, the gasket came out of the space between the glass and the door. The technician re-attached the gasket and cleaned everything, which he said was not very dirty. He tried to clean out the vent duct but could not reach outside vent box. He then went outside and noticed the vent box had a piece of dryer softener sheet stuck in the vent box. He had to get on my roof to remove the screen of the vent box and remove the dryer sheet. This was above and beyond his call of duty! I couldn't thank him enough.

Called on a Friday morning. Josh called back and said he would fit me in at the end of the day. Upon arrival, he got the pump working once then twice saying he didn't want to replace it if it wasn't needed as it could have only been stuck. Then on the third time it failed so I had him replace it. He could do so right then because he carries a LG washer pump in his van. Thus, he ended up working late because he spent the time making sure the pump really was going out.
Description of Work: LG washer wasn't draining.
