Description of Work: I contacted this company from this list to do some pressure washing and then perhaps some landscaping. The owner came to the house and met with me and we set up a time for the pressure washing. Unfortunately, I had to call and cancel when I learned that the people who would be painting our house would first pressure wash it. I felt badly about this and talked to him about the possibilities of other work that we needed to have done. At this point, he told me he did not have time to do this for us and we agreed that he would call us back in a couple of months. That call never happened.

Description of Work: Jeremy and his helper did a superb job of pressure washing our house! We have never had anyone in the past who was so thorough and inclusive of all portions of the house, including the walkways, the back yard, and the garage. He was careful in all details, even in cleaning the hard-to-reach upstairs window areas. The price was just right. Description of Work: Mr. Chavez an his assistant started working in the morning and they were finished in approximately 4 1/2 hours. My home is a small one story an my fence surrounds my side and back yard which is cedar. The home and driveway were done the best I have ever seen prior. Due to some communication issue he only pressure washed the side and front gate and left the interior of the back yard by hour 3 1 /12. Mr Chavez did pressure wash the back fence and the stones of my garden and stepping stones. I would recommend the company highly and ask them to return for future jobs. Mr. Chavez did call me to let me know that his previous job went over estimated time and we rescheduled the next day.

 + 1 moreJeremy returned my call the same day I left a message to inquire about his power washing special. He came to my house the next day to walk around and take a look. We then scheduled an appointment for the power washing. He came when he said he would be there. He worked all day and finished everything. He did a beautiful job. I didn't know my sidewalks could be so clean and new looking! I have several other projects I am going to contact him to take care of. His work is excellent and very fair price.

 + 1 moreThe entire process of working with Jeremy was excellent. Let me start by stating that my time is at a premium. I had already used two other services and was left with a total mess. Jeremy contacted me within 12 hours of my initial message through Angie's list. We discussed what I needed and an appointment was set. It was me who was difficult to schedule, my wife has some health challenges and Jeremy was extremely accomodating. First my lawn, both front and rear, was cut, weed wacked and edged. Then Jeremy provided me with an initial estimate for the garden and emailed me shortly with a selection and prices of plants. I selected the plants an even asked that the garden be expanded. The job was completed with stellar results. I was sckeptical of the Angie's list but thanks to the profesionalism of Jeremy, I am a true believer now.
Description of Work: Jeremy provided complete yard service of cutting, weed wacking, edging and removing of all timings etc. He also performed a complete remake of my front gardens, including providing consultation, design and plant selection.

 + -1 moreWow, I was very impressed with his work ethic, and willingness to perform the work so quickly. He came the next day, and cut the yard, edged the walkways, and overall did a very good job. The work was excellent, and he said to call him if we needed anything. This type of contractor is RARE to find, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to others. We are off to a good start, and I have agreed to use his service on two properties. Thanks Again Jeremy!
Description of Work: We asked for a cut and clean up on our yard. Jeremy was very prompt in his response to my inquiry, and showed up the next morning to give me an estimate on the work I needed done. He said that he would be back the next day to do the work, and he did come out to the house to mow the lawn and weed in the front beds.

Also he removed a very large area of Jasmine ground cover. The lawn was mowed and bagged and the leaves removed. Unfortunately, due to standing water behind my yard, he was not able to clean-up the outside of the chainlink fence. Yard looked great when he finished. Thanks, Jeremy.

He had a very pleasant, customer service attitude and did exactly what we had agreed to in the four hours. He did such a great job, we have have hired him to come back and do some more work next week. Jeremy is professional, courteous, reliable, and industrious! We will continue to do business with him in the future.

He even fit me in his schedule when he had a last minute cancelation on a previous job. He was courteous & professional. I had a gift card from a particular store & he worked with me & went to that store to buy the merchandise allowing me to use the gift card. The job was finish in the allotted time even with him doing all the work on his own.

 + 0 moreThey could have not been more pleased with the price, the job and the service.. I went by the house the other day and it looked great. The pressure washing was done last week, but the painting was done on the 17th. They were very polite and stayed to make sure the job was done right. I know what I have spent on my house in the past, and know that they got a very good price. I also felt very confident that they were in safe hands. That is especially important for our senior citizens. They would definitely get Jeremy again, and I will keep their name to use them in the future, as well as recommend them to others.
Description of Work: My 97 year old Grandmother and Mon live in a old house in Harahan. They needed the house pressure washed and a little painting on the front steps leading to the front door and the columns on the porch. The price above reflects the price for the pressure washing which was an excellent price. I am not sure how much they paid for the painting, but they were very pleased with that price, as well. My grandmother is old school and does not use a computer and was used to finding people in the newspaper for many years. This has been a disaster for the last few years, as times have changed and they asked me if I knew anyone. I checked Angie's List and gave them the "A" list. They chose Jeremy and couldn't be more pleased. I worry about people taking advantage of them, but I felt certain that with this list, that they would find someone reliable and fair. Pressure wash entire house, garage, driveway, and awnings over porch and windows. Paint the front porch steps and columns.

Description of Work: Jeremy painted another bedroom today-as always, very professional,neat as a pin, and so pleasant! My only complaint is he is getting too popular! He is well versed in all of his talents as far as repairs,landscaping,painting, and gereral things in and out of the house. He is a very special young man(Husband and Dad) and always seems to know how to repair or fix anything. My Daughter has had him come to her house numerous times, and we agree-he is GREAT!

The chicken coop is beautiful. I will have more trimming done the next time. He charged $30 per hour for two men. He is fabulous and I am going to use him again next week.
Description of Work: I used Jeremy Chavez at Everything Outdoors Inc on the 1st of August 2011. He delivered a gorgeous gigantic chicken coop that he made for me and trimmed some of the tree hedges that were growing against the house. He organized a part of my garage. He also put together a wooden play house for my grandchildren at my daughter's house.
