 + -1 moreThey took a full day to clean our house and separate garage. There's aluminum siding and painted woodwork/trim on the exterior, along with concrete steps, two porches, and a very extensive slab and driveway. Jeremy was on time, took pride in their work and met my husband afterwards. Because I was out of town, my husband texted me pictures and was just incredulous that anyone could do such a fantastic job. We both felt it was above and beyond anything we expected. Jeremy and his team set the bar extremely high! Extensive mold on the sides of our house was removed. Every bit of concrete around the house was transformed. I had no idea painted numbers were on our steps, but his cleaning revealed it! All of the white painted trim work is immaculate and made a huge difference in the house's appearance. They even removed yard debris and chopped down some of our dead plants (we had a big frost hit New Orleans, killing most of our plants). I highly recommend Jeremy and his team. They do an excellent job, are extremely efficient and very affordable. We plan on using him for all of our exterior housework from here on out. Thank you, Jeremy!
Description of Work: I asked Jeremy and his team if they would power wash our 2-story 1920s home, after he did an amazing job cleaning extra high and very dirty (read: trees were growing in them) gutters. They came a week later and I've never, ever seen my house so beautiful! The trim work is glowing, the cement sidewalk looks white, and all of the New Orleans mold and mildew is gone from the sides of my house. It is truly beautiful! Every day I walk outside and am amazed by something else that I discovered was cleaned.

 + 0 moreA+ for pressure washing did a thorough, timely job B+ for cleaning up after themselves--threw personal trash from lunch in my recycling bin, piled 20 or so small plastic bags from mulch into my garbage can --and empty plastic dripping weed killer cans--I had to clean out and bag this stuff--hose out the can--the garbage collectors only take bagged garbage--don't they know this? They bagged leaves but left a huge pile of plant clippings just lying on the curb--I offered them additional bags, he said it would not fit--the next day these blew all over my neighborhood and at age 60+ I had to go up and down the street and pick them up; Lastly they cut down a shrub with thick branches, at my curb--my neighbors brought large chunks of wood to my yard that they threw in the street--once again--I went up and down my property looking for pieces of wood that my puncture my own tires --and found them! The price was right--but if I had them again I would insist beforehand on specific clean-up procedures.

 + -1 moreJeremy is just all around great at what he does! He hand-scrubbed the front of our house because he knew the windows would leak if he did it with the hose. He talked me through services that were clear we needed, like having gutters cleared, and our deck re-painted (that I didn't even realize we really actually needed). He made booking his time super easy, and returned a couple of days later to make sure that the wood stain on the deck had adhered properly to the wood. He gave it another coat, free of charge. Our neighbors all commented on how clean and sparkly our house looks! We definitely recommend him and will plan on using this service again.

 + 1 moreJeremy Chavez and his partner arrived punctually, and proceeded to work without interruption for the next 4 hrs. When they finished, the house looked terrific, and they did not leave a mess behind. We have had the house pressure washed several times before, but this is the best it's ever looked after such job. They cleaned the gutters, removed the window screens and washed all the windows, front, back porch, and driveway. My house is a 2700 sq ft single story structure. I highly recommend Jeremy. He is a very personable young man, who is also a true professional and cares about the quality of his work and the satisfaction of his clientele. We will be using him again in the future.

 + 2 moreIt went very well. Both Jeremy and Brant worked steadily and professionally. It was a lot of work. There was not much man?vering room for the "bucket", so a tall ladder and an extendable chain-saw was the way to go. The house and shed roofs were useful as working platforms. One of the trees removed was relatively easy; the willow needed some extra help - Jeremy's truck was used to pull it out. All in all they did an excellent job. And the oak looks beautiful!

 + -1 moreDid a great job but they probably have the pressure (psi) set too high for some areas of the house. The handle on my front screen door got the black paint partially blasted off. The set of motion security lights are broken and stuck on. I have reset them numerous times to no avail so I guess the sensor has been overly blasted too. Overall the guys were great. They left no mess and the driveway and sidewalk look brand new. I would recommend them to my friends keeping in mind to remind them to be careful around the more delicate fixtures.

 + 1 moreJeremy provided me with a detailed quote and stuck to it. He actually refused my offer to pay him more because I was unsure of where I wanted the trees planted (picture his crew moving trees around for an hour until I was happy with where they'd go in the yard). Ours was a big---no huge---job as evidenced by the fact that the mulch filled a dump truck!!! Jeremy arrived when he said he'd arrive, the mulch arrived when he said it would arrive, and Jeremy made sure to have the mulched dropped onto a huge tarp--therefore, there was no killed grass or mulch pieces left on the lawn. Ours was a hugely labor-intensive job as well, and Jeremy worked along-side his crew in getting everything done. I was in awe of them as they worked, and worked, and worked on our beds and lawn. Because it had rained a lot, Jeremy said he'd prefer to use wheelbarrows (instead of a bobcat) to move things to the backyard. We are on an acre of land, so the distance from front to back is the same as the length of a football field. So just imagine each trip with a filled wheelbarrow! Jeremy is also very precise and particular about his work-- the plants were spaced exactly, the sugar cane bowl was leveled exactly, the mulch was placed evenly and with care, etc. Jeremy made sure that I was totally happy, and let me say that I am just ecstatic.
Description of Work: Removed unwanted plants/weeds from 15 beds, placed sod, planted 206 plants of various sizes including a 6 foot tall ligustrum and four 12 ft tall crepe myrtles, mulched all beds, and did everything else I asked of them (e.g. removed old rusted iron horse posts, drilled holes in the bottom of 2 plant containers, etc.). Please note that the cost above included all the mulch, sod, and labor (I had purchased the trees and plants directly from Banting's--- Jeremy picked them all up from Banting's and also picked up the sod from Delta).

I have had good jobs and not so good jobs. Mr. Garcia who owns the company actually preformed the work. This job was done quick and was by far the Best so far. My house looked like the day I built it.

I told him that was not necessary for the pressure washing that I wanted. And that I wanted to add masonary work, garden clean-up, for that I would need an estimate. He promised to call me. I never heard from him again. I am now looking for someone else.

Description of Work: I can't say enough good things about Jeremy and his crew. I have never work with any kind of contractor that was so efficient, effective and professional. Jeremy was very responsive from my first call for an estimate to the final square of sod he laid in my backyard. The job started with a brick paver patio. His estimate was thousands less than other top Angie's List contractors. While his crew was working on the patio I decided to install a large, cedar playset for my grandkids. Jeremy took that on and did a fantastic job of creating a play area where he assembled the play set. It came out perfect and for a very reasonable price. I also had Jeremy and his crew do some landscaping. He did a great job and very willingly made some adjustments to the final product to accommodate my wife and me. The experience was excellent from start to finish! Jeremy and his crew are exceedingly polite, professional and hard-working. They arrived everyday at the appointed time and worked long hours to finish on time. All work was professionally completed. They also cleaned up at the end of each day and didn't leave an unsightly mess like so many contractors do. Since I used so many of his services, from brick paver patio to landscaping to paly set, I think I have a very good appreciation of just how good Everything Outdoor really is. I would use them again andwould recommend them highly to my closest friends and family.

 + -1 moreFor years I rented pressure wash equipment from Home Depot to do these jobs, which was a very, very long day DIY for this necessary chore in Louisiana. After 8 hours of squeezing the hand wand I wound up with two claws for hands by the end of the day. The "Big Deal" promo through Angie's list got me to try hiring a service and Everything Outdoors provided an excellent outcome.
Description of Work: I bought a "Big Deal" promo from Everything Outdoors from Angie's List; $400 for 8 hrs of pressure washing by one-man or 4 hrs each by a two-man crew. I scheduled an appointment for 4-8-13 and arranged telework so I could be at home. Jeremy, the owner, called about a week ahead of time and asked to reschedule for the following Monday. Jeremy and Brian arrived promptly at 8:30 as arranged. I explained what I had for them to pressure wash: the wood and soffits on a one story half brick-facaded house, large driveway and car port, pool deck and pump equipment, covered patio, tool shed, and the part of a perimeter back-yard fence facing traffic. They worked separately; one with a rotary surface cleaner and the other with a pressure-adjusted wand. On the house they used an algicide on some tough spots that required application and a wait period. Jeremy and Brian finished the job in 5 hrs, a bit longer than the promo arrangement. When finished Jeremy asked if I noticed any window leaks and showed me a couple of small spots where paint had been taken off, which is bound to happen somewhere. Otherwise they cleaned all surfaces that I asked and I was completely satisfied with the job. I tipped each $20.00 for the extra effort.
