 + 0 moreToilets were backing up, and tank was practically overflowing. Tried to get service on Friday, but they were booked, so I had to wait over the weekend, or pay an extra fee for Saturday service. I was able to find someone to do it who was a bit cheaper, but he never called back, so I went with Flow More and scheduled for Monday. They showed up within the allotted time period, and were very professional. Took a little over an hour. Priced on the high side since they claimed to pump out 800 gallons, but I only have a 500 gallon tank. Guess that's from the pressure washing? Anyway, it was an overall good experience but it didn't fix my problem. Turns out I have a blockage somewhere in the outflow line so I had to call someone else to come fix that the next day. Will report on that too.

 + -1 moreThe company co-owner, who took my phone call, was an extremely courteous and very helpful lady. Scheduling was easy. The technician, Kevin, who was sent to do the work, was one of the most conscientious, energetic, and hard working people I think I've ever hired to perform services at my home. The last 2 times my septic tank had been "cleaned" by another company, I later learned from my plumber that they obviously took my money for doing nothing but sucking off the top of the tank, which DID NOTHING BUT REQUIRE ME TO HAVE IT CLEANED AGAIN IN LESS THAN 7 MONTHS. Kevin took "before" & "after" pictures, and you would not believe the difference! He left everything clean and in place after the work was finished. The owner also keeps you up to date about their arrival time. I thought their price was reasonable, and I would not hesitate to hire them again and would highly recommend their services, especially if Kevin is the technician sent out to do the work.
