CLEAN RITE SEPTIC TANK SVC

When we first called John said that he would come right over. That took 4 hours. When he finally get here, he did check out everything, and hooked up his truck to pump out the sewer. It was raining by this time, and I had to go inside. I don't really know if he cleaned the line like he said, and provided a new pump, as he said that the one we had was not functioning. He took about 1.5 -2 hours to do all of this. Then he presented the bill, and left with 1350.00 in his pocket. The owner left, and then his helper finished up, by just throwing dirt back out on top of the sewer line, where they dug up. After I went to go and at least see what had been done, I found the cement cover on the top of the pump was broken in half. The dirt that was just pilled up wasn't stomped down, or spread around. After this, for an entire week, until the dirt settled back down, we would get wild wiffs of sewerage. Now two weeks later, the sewerage line is backing up, the toilet won't flush, the tub only drains very slowly, and we are unable to use much water at any given time. We called the guy to find out why this would be happening, he said he would come and check it out, being at the house for noon, which was 7 hours ago. Now he won't even answer his phone. I would never recommend this company, ever!!!
