Lonnie was very nice and professional at first. I chose him over other talented well known cabinet makers because he seemed like a nice guy and I felt good about it. In the end he did not listen to what I asked him to do, and did not communicate well. I paid him before i saw the instillation and let's just say I was very disappointed. The crown molding was shoddy needless to say it wasn't even requested, the $300 drawers were much smaller than they should have been (three inches wasted on each side). I was charged for an unwanted cabinet above the fridge. When Lonnie was contacted about my dissatisfaction he was very rude and unprofessional. It is clear to me that since my house was smaller and it wasn't a big job he slaked on effort, and threw something together. This is my first home and I am extremely disappointed in the lack of respect, and completely regret using him. Esp considering how he behaved in reaction to my disappointment.
