terrible roof leaked for 9 months. 1 year warranty ran out now leaks again. Hired a roofer and he said it was not put on right they did not nail the shingles in the right places, so the roof will always leak and needs replaced and put on right. I am out 11,000 dollars and I need another roof to be put on. Do not let lowes install anything roof, floors, windows. Lowes subcontracts all their install jobs, they have no quality control and your are stuck with a lousy job and after the warranty runs out you are on your own.

The quality, workmanship, and installer is great. Mike has been very helpful and informative.

The cost was a little high, but they were prompt and the quality of work was great. They also offered a great warranty for the door and installation.

The process the store uses took almost a month to get the job done even though the carpet was in stock and didn't require special ordering. A cash deposit is placed and a installer is contacted to come out and measure/survey the work to be done. The installer calls and arranged a time/date to survey the job. He then returns his report to the store which called us to come and pay for the job. We go and pay the store and they set up an appointment for the installer to do the job. This process took 3 weeks. The installer came and did the job. The padding he was given by the store was of lesser quality that what we had ordered. He had to wait couple of hours for the store to bring the correct padding. The job was done to our satisfaction. He brought helpers and completed the 2 bedrooms in less than one day. He is well qualified and we were satisfied with his work. The store called the next day to see if we had any problems. I informed them that after we rehung the doors one of the drug the carpet and was very hard to close. They said someone would come out and correct it. That has been almost a month ago and no one has called or come by to check on it.
