Performing maintenance work and billing not in accordance with the signed management agreement. Violation of page 2 of the contract: MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS - Subsection A "Managing Agent agrees to secure approval of Owner on all expenditure in excess of $100 for any item" This was violated on two separate occasions. Once in September 2014 regarding a dishwasher ($468.66) and again in December 2014 regarding a leaky sink ($113.50) My consent was never given and they have no record to prove otherwise Violation of Page 1 of the contract MONTHLY STATEMENTS Since being with them I have not received any statement within a timely manner. Several times I had to ask for them to be sent. July and August - received 8/21 September/October/November - received 11/19 December - received 12/18 Before I even had tenants, I arranged for my home to be repainted and new carpet installed. I called the office and gave them the first and last name of the person I was authorizing to come to pick up the only key so they could let the delivery people in the house and then the installers the next morning. They instead signed out the key to the installers and the delivery people were not able to get in for several hours since the person who had the key had turned off their work phone. It was a huge headache of making many phone calls and asking people to disrupt their evening to find someone who was able to get into the house. All because they didn't give the key to the proper person. I have spoken with Manager Ray Medina on several occasions and he was rude and constantly cut me off. He also implied because we were military and not living locally, it wasn't likely I would pursue any further action against the company for their wrongdoing. I do not recommend renting, managing, or buying from this company. They belittle, lie, disrespect and have no idea how to treat customers.

They are the worst person on the planet. We purchased a piece of property in a subdivision that she and her real state friend were developing. We acquired some property in March and it was actually we had our contract go out to finally look at the property and pull the permits to start building our house, we found out we did not have building permits. The reason why is there was no water line in the ground. Ms. Skinner never told us about this which she should have and we reported her to the State Board of Realtor and did an investigation and find her. We also reported her to the National Board of Realtor, they had some investigation, at a hearing and they also required her to retake four and a half hours of training including two hours of ethics training that she would not receive credits for. Now, we are waiting for a settlement because we filed a law suit for fraud against her. They wanted us to sell our home so they can get the commission and for us to move in to one of their rental properties while we waited for our new house to be built.
