From the first telephone conversation to eventually meeting her in person, Tracey Wrisper of American Dream Real Estate, LLC of LA showed me nothing but kindness, consideration and experience in my home search. I was nervous about getting in over my head with buying a home again and staying in budget. Mrs. Wrisper assisted me in figuring out what I could afford and what I was comfortable with. Then we began the search. Mrs. Wrisper spent countless hours, which included weekends to assist me with the showing/touring of homes I was interested in until I found the home I was ready to buy. This also all took place over Christmas and New Year's holiday. Mrs. Wrisper also recommended a Finance Company (Fairway Mortgage) which I was very happy with and received excellent service from as well! I appreciated Mrs. Wrisper's knowledge of real estate, her familiarity with the local area and her loyalty to me as her client during the buying process. I also am thankful of her willingness to "educate" me during this process. I feel like I really learned something as opposed to when I bought my first home in Texas. And on closing day she suprised me with a "Welcome" mat for my front porch!
