It went great. The cedar gate is beautiful, sturdy, secure and even better than promised.

Tony is responsive, fast, and does absolutely excellent work. We used him to put in an 8 foot cedar privacy fence, a historic iron fence, and an iron security gate on our property, so it's safe to say we experienced the full range of what he has to offer. His work was perfect, exactly as we hoped... in fact, he exceeded our expectations. One thing in particular that I value about Tony: when he says he's going to be there, he is there. Not a common trait in this town. We recommend Tony and his crew without reservation.

During the final stages of the installation, we were served with a STOP WORK from the city. Our house is in the "historical district". The existing fence had not been subject to a permit, but the replacement fence was. Tony Ostrowski, the owner of Tony's Fences very graciously took time from his very busy schedule to apply for the permit. The fence he had installed had to be altered on one side and he complied and the end result was still beautiful. Tony is very professional, knowledgeable, and just a pleasure to work with. I recommend Tony with the highest regards.

We called a number of companies looking for someone to come fix the gate, Tony was one of only a few who actually returend the call. Of the ones that did return the call he was the only one who didn't charge to come asess the problem. He showed up when he said he would, he fixed the problem AND tightened up the assemblage so the gate opened and closed better than before. He charged me half of what we had expected for doing more than what we had asked. You don't get that too often any more.

Out of all the fencing companies we looked at, he was the only one that returned phone calls and came out on a Saturday! He showed us different options for the material (aluminum, wrought-iron, etc). He custom made my fence at the shop and put in a driveway gate and a walkway gate in addition to my fence. He put in a beautiful archway on both gates. It just looks right! I fell absolutely in love with it. Also, he gave me a really fair price for the service. He did have to move a few of the posts, though, because he accidentally placed them on my neighbor's side of the lawn, but he didn't charge me much for that service. He even put in a few coats of premium Sherwin-Williams paint to make it look more aesthetically pleasing. Everything went so smoothly! He bent over backwards to build my fence and gate. He was very flexible and always on time. He was so friendly and outgoing and very easy to work with, too! He's just outstanding!

I called Tony for a repair on a back porch hand rail. He arrived the next day promptly, text me before he arrived, and did the job quickly. We knew he was on a tight schedule, but he made the time since he knew this was a safety issue for my disabled husband. He is so friendly and professional, we also hired him to redo our wrought iron handrail for the front. I will hire him again for any fence or iron work.

Tony was the only fencing person that would call me back for such a small job. I needed a 6 foot gate that would keep my dog in the back yard. Tony answers his own phone and came out the next day. The gate was installed the next week. Excellent work and a pleasure to deal with.

A couple of details I didn't like he came back and fixed them before even asking for the money.

Tony & his crew showed up promptly to give the estimate & we were very happy with it. On the day of installation, they performed all work as promised. From demo & installation to clean up of the site, we are extremely pleased. The fence turned out beautifully. Tony took the time to make sure that we were happy with the job. He & his crew were very professional & courteous. We will definitely use Tony for any future needs & would definitely recommend them.

Tony did a great job with my fence and I could not be more satisfied. He was extremely prompt in providing an estimate on site, and Tony had some great ideas that ultimately made the fence even better than I had expected. They were here on time, they work fast, and they are good at what they do. Tony is a great guy, I really trust and respect his years of experience in the business. He gave me a very fair estimate and I feel that we got a great fence at a great price. The bottom line is I would definitely use Tony's fencing again in the future and I would recommend him to anyone I know that has fencing needs.

He did a wonderful job. He made the time in his schedule to do the repair quickly. He showed up on time and fixed the repair in a timely manner. He was courtesy and had a great attitude.

From start to finish Tony and his team where professional, courteous, hard working and service oriented. They asked and then confirmed all aspects of the fence to make they delivered as promised. Once completed their was on thing we changed our minds about. Instead of complaining and charging us charge order fees and extra costs, tony made the changes with a smile an no extra costs. That is rare customer service. We highly recommended Tony

Tony visited my location on two occasions to do a walk of the property, and scope of work to be completed. Once commissioned for the project Tony and his team began work, and removed the old fence, posts, and gates. They installed new cedar fencing around the property, and built custom gates. Tony was also able to accommodate my request of repairing an exterior soffit, and power receptacle. Lastly they were able to dig out an area I wanted concrete laid, and poured. Tony's work came out great, and he also urged if there was anything else I needed to not hesitate to contact him. Over-all I receive great customer service, prompt completion of the project, and quality of work.

Came by at appointed time. Gave us a quote after measuring yard. This was on thursday. Came out on friday in the rain and by 6pm that night had the job done. Looks great!

Tony personally answered his phone. He responded immediately and provided me an estimate. The cost of the job was quite a bit lower than the other company that provided an estimate for the same job using the same grade material. I'm very pleased with the overall experience and highly recommend him.
