It was an amazing experience. It was not normal. My mother is 87, needless to say "old school" and a perfectionist. And she was pleased with every single step of the process. The work is done to a perfectionist standard. Every cut, every fit, every finish, every board selected... Materials are painted before they are installed, then retouched after installation and prepping. You can literally see them measuring twice and cutting once. And I mean cutting to perfection. The angles the corners, the alignment. The string-line results are amazing. I inspected many evenings after they were gone with my mouth wide opened. I can remember calling friends and family and saying "these guys act like they're building the pyramids." They even have a system and process for not disturbing the homeowner. Although my mom was trying to feed them daily. They have their own food, water, microwave and everything else to support themselves until the job is done without disturbing you. It is literally the most meticulous, systematic approach to building that I have experienced. My Mom won't let anyone else touch her house again. I am so glad we were referred to them. The finished product is so good, "it speaks for itself". The workmanship is, NOTICEABLY better than any other house, people are always complimenting my mom on her house. Literally, people driving down the street when she's working or sitting in the yard. It has simply been a very unexpected yet "transformative" experience for the house and my Mom, and for anyone who walks onto the property now. Unreal.

I can not even begin to details the complexities and issues that arise when renovating a historic home to preservation society standards. The team was with me every step of the way helping me navigate the decision making and always being conscious of my budget. The renovation exceeded my expectations, everyone that comes into my home is blown away by the craftsmanship through the entire 4000 sq ft. 10 out of 10 I highly recommend!
