They responded and held a spot for me on Monday morning They came and did a great job on hooking up my new TV and removing the old equipment and wiring. They were professional in every way!! On time, friendly, knowledgeable and very friendly. Their rates were very reasonable and fair ! I wish I could get them back over to put on a cable that I had mistakenly told them to use the old one. He made up a cat 5 cable for us to hook the internet to the phone and he explained all the features. He also called back to make sure we didn’t run into any problems.
