From our first meeting Rodney and his team were professional, empathetic, courteous, and assertive. They went above and beyond to keep the rest of the home and household items isolated as they mitigated and tore out the sections of our home that had water damage. Rodney was timely and always available to answer questions throughout the process. Incredibly diligent and knowledgeable. I can’t recommend his services enough! I can say with 100% confidence that my family will be returning to a safe contaminant free home!

Description of Work: An air conditioner condensate pan overflow in the attic of a rental property caused water to come through the ceiling, and mold started to grow. The mold needed remediation, and parts of the ceiling needed to be replaced and painted.

Description of Work: i hired rodney from community solutions group to remodel my home in baton rouge that was damaged as a result of flooding last year. when i first met rodney as i was reviewing other possible service providers i was immediately impressed by his preparation to win my business and professionalism. he was polite, knowledgeable and i felt completely trustworthy since i was going to get this work done remotely. rodney gave me a detail plan with timelines which included bold remediation as well as reconstruction.
