Description of Work: The Floor Guy & Home Maintenance is still doing some work for me. The original quote was right at $2000, it was to replace the laminate in the entire house and tile 2 bathrooms, it's ceramic tiles, including pulling and resealing the toilet.

 + 0 moreWe suffered a grease fire in January that caused extensive smoke damage to our home. The home had to be totally gutted and redone. I found Kim Matte on Angie's List, called him, and he immediately came out and gave me a quote to do the install and repair to my home. The price was great and this man worked around the clock to get our house put back together. I had to make him go home and rest because he was that dedicated. He went above and beyond the call of duty and our home look awesome! We get so may compliments on how is looks that I totally love it. Kim is a great person and very fair in his pricing. I would highly recommend him for any home repairs you are needing done.
Description of Work: Kim ripped up our carpet and laid down our hardwood flooring. He also did a backsplash in the kitchen, hung dry wall and changed out a toilet.
