+ -1 moreThe guy who came out was very nice and suggested we go to the store to see what we liked. When we walked into the store one of the salesmen asked if we needed help. When I explained what we were there for the guy got so upset that our adjuster suggested we get our windows and doors inspected that he started to cuss at us. When my I asked for my money back (the fee for the guy to come out) he got in my face like he was going to hit me yelling and screaming to get out of his store. To make matters worse the owner didnt do a thing about it. Told me he didnt want to deal with it. Many other stores in our area willing to take my money. I suggest you do business elsewhere.

Description of Work: They installed a new door with large size pet door inserted. I ordered a small size pet door. I told the company that the pet door was too large, it was too high for my pet to access. It took 2 months after installation for the door salesperson to come and inspect the door. She said the door did not fit my needs and it would be replaced. Superior Window and Door representative sent me a letter saying they were sorry that my door did not fit my needs and that they installed a standard size pet door, what does that mean? Pets are not a standard size, they come in all sizes. The representative said I have to pay for the door even though I'm not satisfied. I sent back a letter saying I will pay when I get the door I ordered. I have a door my pet a Yorkshire Terrier (Toy size ) cant use.I reported them to BBB.

+ -1 moreThey had two companies building their shutters. One was cheaper than the other but they informed me that the cheaper option would take a while longer to receive. I did have to wait a long while but I'm glad they gave me a heads up. Their installer was outstanding and precise. After looking around, they gave me the best price of all my other options.
Description of Work: I had functional shutters installed to protect from hurricane winds.

+ -1 moreIt went horrible. First off it was an act of congress to get them to come to my house. Then, a hour of measurements later, said they would have the quote to me within a week. 6 weeks went by. Yes, you read that right, 6 weeks. Finally they emailed me the quote. It was all incorrect. We have 18 windows in our home. The quote was almost $4,000 for 10 windows. They didn't event include all the windows in the quote. Then said they would have to come out and give me a quote on labor. All this along with the most incorrect quote ever seen. By the time they had gotten back with me, I had already had another local company install windows. I heard from them after my job was already completed by a small company that went above and beyond. It was by far the worst experience of my life. Stay away
