Description of Work: They were replacing an a/c upstairs in my attic & unit outside. They dropped the unit that had liquid & seeped through my ceiling causing water damage & a crack.

 + -1 moreWe have used Pitcher A/C for the past 15 years. My parents and grandparents have used them as well. We have never had any complaints, always on time, come when they say they will, polite and professional, very thorough and know what they are doing, I've never felt like we were being overcharged, prices are very reasonable. Overall excellent service!
Description of Work: This last time we had our reversing valve switched and condenser cleaned. Wilson came out when we called and checked outside unit, inside unit, and the attic to diagnose the reason our unit wasn't heating/cooling well. Contacted us and came back as soon as he had the part needed in and had it changed and fixed in no time.

 + -1 moreServiceman called when he was on his way...on time, as promised...very polite, fast, professional, unit was outside in storage room so he mostly worked outside...came inside to check what needed to be checked, in and out, zip, zip, zip, done and gone. Fantastic...would certainly use this company again.

Description of Work: Eddie did a jam up job. Before he install my ac, he came out and look at another unit for me. I was told by another agency that the unit needed to be replace but when Eddie looked at it, he told me that the drain needed to be cleaned and blown out. He did that and my upstairs unit has worked great ever since. His honestly led me to use Eddie for the replace of my downstairs unit,. The price was in my range and he installed it in just a few hours. Great job Eddie!
