This place is a joke! First, I was scheduled a first time visit. No one showed up, no one called, nothing. And I broke important plans to attend this scheduling. So, I texted him. He rescheduled for the next day. Next day comes, he's late of course. And when he comes, doesn't do much inspecting. I explain the problem to him, and he looks dumbfounded. I gave him an alcohol wipe with a few of the specimens on it. He said there was an etymologist on site that they will inspect it and get back to me the next day. That was Wednesday. Come Friday, I called him twice and texted him twice. No answer. No call back--nothing. So, I wrote some reviews. The management replied and suggested I send my contact info to them so they can see what is going on. That was 4 days ago. Not a word. They just wanted to make themselves seem professional. I'm here to tell you if you need an exterminator, do not call these clowns. This business is unreliable, unprofessional, liars, bigots, homophobic, and racist. Do not waste your time on this 'place of business' it is a joke.

They are doing a great job, they have been servicing the house in Louisiana ever since, and they are still doing a regular service every 3 months.

Mr. McKenzie was very nice and treated my mother and brother with the utmost care. He scheduled to return and follow up after ten days. His receptionist answered all my questions when I called to inquire about the service. I called several times to ask questions, but she was extremely nice and helpful each time I called. Thank you
