+ -1 moreThey have came one time. I haven't seen a spider or a mouse since. They are coming out 3 more times to make sure the situation is under control. I had to reschedule twice because me and my son got the flu back to back and they were so very nice and understanding about it. Not rude at all because I had to reschedule. These people are very nice and preferred speaking with them vs. the competition that I had called. I consider myself hard to please because I demand such excellent customer service and I will use them again for any extermination needs.

+ -1 moreHe was on time and went well above what I thought he'd do. He spent about an hour in total. He crawled underneath a raised house when it was 90 degrees outside and stayed under there for about 30 minutes or so looking under the entire house. He then check the rest of the outside of the house and all inside. You couldn't have paid me to do all that. He explained everything in details and then gave me a written report. I've used this company for another house before and was impressed with them before. I'll continue to use them for any bug/termite related problem.
Description of Work: They came out and crawled under a raised house to check for termites and termite damage before I put an offer to buy a house.

Description of Work: We have used McGinnis for the last 5 years, and have been happy with their services. They are on the cheaper side when it comes to doing a complete termite inspection and overall pest inspection. We recently re-newed our services with them. They are professional, and do really good work. Their punctuality could be improved, but at least they call if something will be delaying them.
