It went great both times. Paul is very experienced and thorough. His price was reasonable, too. He found a major defect the first time, but verified the quality & good shape of the home I used him for the second time. I especially liked that he is electronic. He sent me his report w/pics electronically (but would have provided a hard copy if I wanted). THEN he has a website where the report is uploaded and each category is numbered, so you can flag each section to send to agent to request a repair. Awesome & efficient. You don't have to use the online report if you don't want, though. You can do it the old fashioned way. He was very thorough, even checking the whirlpool bathtub.

It went well. As a result of the inspection in which some builder issues were uncovered, I decided not to purchase the home.
