They were very professional and better than expected. It was just the job they did, they cleaned the spots and the carpet looked like new.

We have used this company several times and the job is always great! Courteous service, clean and and well protected carpets so that stains don't set before we get to them for cleaning.

After getting my dog a kitten, we had a rough transition with the kitten marking her territory. She decided to mark the couch as 'hers' and I came home to 2 soaked couch cushions. As I pulled out of my driveway the next morning, I spotted Gary with Chem-Dry at my neighbors. I stopped and told him my dilemma and he assured me he could clean it. Gary has cleaned my carpet several times over the years and Chem-Dry was who I was planning to contact anyway. As always, Gary was on time Monday morning and ready to get started. I showed him the couch and he said it would be no problem. He used some kind of pet odor treatment and then cleaned the couch and my carpet. I think he was done within an hour. By the time I arrived home from work that evening, everything was dry and smelled fresh. You couldn't smell any kind of urine smell and the couch dried perfectly. I was amazed it came out so nice and that you couldn't tell any difference in the fabric on the couch. Another disaster avoided!! Angie and Gary have always been prompt and accommodating every time I have called them. They are definitely people you can count on to help you in a bind.

He has an excellent mixture for pet stains and he treats those before he steams the carpet. He's trustworthy and I feel comfortable having him in the house. He's been very reliable and has worked us in when we needed a quick job. The carpet also dries much faster than it has with other carpet cleaning companies.
