+ 0 moreThe man who was contracted to do the tile work did an excellent job, however, everything related to the business did not go well at all!!! The manager could not keep up with what was supposed to be happening, and he kept changing his story. Now, since it took him a week to contact me after the tilework was complete, I still do not have a usable shower. I am having to try to find someone else who is able to do it. Very poorly organized!!!
Description of Work: I had several issues with the operation manager. It took me several calls and 3 messages before I was able to get in touch with anyone to give me an estimate on a shower. When I did get in touch, I was given a quote. About a week later I got a call saying that the estimate was much lower than it should have been. It took several more weeks for the materials to come in. When the materials did come in it took several failed attempts to set up the work before I actually had any work start. The man that was contracted to do the tile work did an excellent job! When I got home the 3rd day when all the work was supposed to be done there was no shower door. I tried several times to reach Kenny to see when they would be able to install the shower door which had been included in the estimate. When he finally called back I was told that the company has decided that they would no longer install the door. Now, he has called 3 times to collect the remaining balance, and I cannot use my shower!!!! May 09, 2011 by Leah Verret in Lake Charles, LA
