+ -1 moreSTARTED OUT PRETTY GOOD. LOST SOME STEAM; WORK GOT SLOPPY SPENT TOO MUCH TIME ON PHONE OR TALKING TO MY NEIGHBORS SOME OF HIS WORK WAS PRETTY GOOD. BUT IF YOU WANT A FINISHED PRODUCT LOOK ELSEWHERE.
Description of Work: Left many items incomplete that he started 1. did not finish grout work, sloppy job of installing tile in shower with incomplete grout work. Molding was not installed or thresholds. Wood floors were not installed to acommodate doors (sloppy work). Installed tile in bathroom differently than we had discussed. Mirrors in bathroom not installed as per request. TILE GLUED TO FLOOR; NEVER GROUTED. INSTALLED 1 SINK OVER UNGROUTED FLOOR. OTHER SINK LEFT UN INSTALLED. 2 EXTERIOR DOORS HE WANTED MORE MONEY TO HANG. Bathroom shower does not drain; installed tile when drain was installed improperly. Paint splatter on floor. NOT CLEANED KITCHEN PAINTING WAS DONE QUICKLY AND HAD RUN MARKS Purchased items on my credit card (with my approval) that he did not install (lighting (said it was too hot in attic), doors and knobs. Nail holes left throughout house that he did not cover. **FINAL STRAW - SO MANY ITEMS DONE IMPROPERLY AND TEXTED ME TO ASK IF I WAS LEAVING HIS CHECK SINCE HE MIGHT LEAVE BEFORE I GET HOME! I WAS WRONG TO HIRE SOMEONE FOR $2,000 A WEEK WITHOUT WRITTEN GUIDELINES AND SPECS.
